i bought this to do more independent work, new business and its great. runs smooth. i have office and some apps as well installed. i havent had any issues and it seems slim. the graphics are good and i like that i can change it to dark screen (brightness) since im prone to migraines.

We were looking to replace a computer for work use. This is not a computer for heavy gaming and streaming. The HP 15.6" was perfect for day-to-day work using the standard programs such as those in Microsoft Office, and surfing the web to search for information. So far, pleased with the product.

Extremely satisfied with my purchase. The specialist was very knowledgeable and directed me to exactly what I needed. This labtop has all the necessary specs and capabilities to my satisfaction. And with the value you receive for the price is incredible and I was sold.

My daughter is starting her freshman year of college and needed a new computer. I have the smaller version of this computer and I love it so I went with a little bigger size for her for school. This computer is perfect for her school needs. It is not too small yet not too large.

My old HP laptop was slow to start, and slow to load a program. This computer is fast. I do a lot of excel spread sheets and it does every thing I need done. The battery life is long. I also bought a laptop fan system to be sure to keep the laptop cool when it is in my lap,

Best Buy is the only store I use when purchasing computers, stereos, appliances etc... they have the best warranties and people working in their stores. They are courteous and knowledgeable in all areas. I couldn't buy a computer without their help. We love Best Buy!

Works great, really easy to use and has Cortana if you need immediate help with anything. I only left out 1 star cause I really wish the keys would light up. Sounds petty just for that but I use it now mostly at night and sometimes I don't want to flip the screen down or turn on a light.

seems to be easy to follow even though I haven't used a computer in a year . The help screens r pretty good. The one thing I don't like is the security doesn't let u download some apps. Of course I have only had for 1 month, and my internet modem was not working until 2 weeks ago.

I bought it to take some online classes, it has worked great. I love how light and slim it is. Touch screen works great. I did buy a screen saver for it, which I would recommend. Very user friendly.

There is a strange jittery shaking of screen when loading websites. Keys are colicky and light as if the keyboard is a toy. The power on button is a tiny, thin raised plastic piece and is hard to turn on. Hopefully will last. Maybe that’s just what you get at this price point.

The keyboard is nice but the keys seems too close together and off to the left. I tend to push the caps lock by mistake when going for an a and either the shift or the control key when going for a z. Otherwise it is pretty good.

My job is fully remote and this computer has no problem handling all the system and program I run. It boots fast and I can have over 10 window open in chrome with no issues. The computer is light weight, battery life is average and the computer is very durable.

For what I use it for, good computer. I mainly use it for work, filling out various applications/documents online. I also use Zoom a lot. All of these applications function well. I do not feel as though I have put the computer through anything vigorous though.

Got this computer for my older brother, who is older and has felt very shut off and shut in because of covid-19. Even with the lack of computers because of demand, they got it to us within a week. It completely helped him feel connected and independent again. Thank you!!

This product has been very user friendly and my mom is very impressed with how well she can use it and navigate around as she was nervous about using the touch screen. Also not being a updated computer person, it is very helpful to have the Geek squad insurance.

Amidst a plethora of choices, the Best Buy website made comparison of features and prices easy and comprehensible. The product had all the features I needed within a very favorable price range. It has met all of my expectations and the transaction was smooth and efficient.

I really like my new laptop. The touch screen is a really great feature. I am working from home due to COVID and it has been really helpful to get my work done. It’s just what I needed without having to spend so much money during these times. I’m a very satisfied customer.

I needed a new computer and with the help of Luis at the Franklin, TN store I was able to get my computer just in time for school. I really thank him so much for taking the time out to order my new laptop and have it sent to my home even though they were out of stock.

This is a nice device for what I need it for. Surfing, spreadsheets, emails, video, etc. I love the large screen and large keys. The keypad on the side is a plus. I really have no complaints as of yet. I have owned the computer for about 1 month. I think it is a good buy for the price.

Operations are fine, Good look and style. Light weight and very nice screen. The reason for the lower rating is the keyboard, The printing on the keys is hard to read. Would really be nice if it had backlite keys.
