Expected more from this HP. Ordered online and when I realized how bad the screen quality was I went into Best Buy and exchanged for a Lenovo Yoga. Everything else was alright but I guess I just expected more for what I paid

I use this computer daily. On the road and at home the performance of this computer has been excellent. My only complaint has been in photo editing. The calibration of colors with the printed product does not match.

Not to impressed with this for the price I paid for it. Screen color is mostly black on most sites I go to and I can't figure out how to change it. Slow response sometimes and I have a problem with not responsive when I click on the icon or arrow or continue from pages I visit

This laptop was an excellent purchase. I searched for several laptops before making my final decision. The keypad is very simple for me to navigate and it appears that I have been more productive since my purchase. Ideal for a student or educator.

Excellent product. Very fast very sharp screen and amazing sound quality. Love the inbuilt photo editing software and the new windows is easy to use and very fast. The new browser helps you locate discount coupons too. Great price for a quality product.

This is a replacement for my previous HP, where the camera stopped working. Best Buy’s geek protection is hands down the best. This replacement is an upgrade from my earlier lab top, and so far, no complaints. Works great for school and my Wife’s small business.

I like the computer but have trouble seeing the symbols and punctuation marks, e. g. comma, period, dash, parentheses et al on the shining, silvery keys of the keyboard. Can something be done to darken up for better visibility such such symbols and punctuation marks?

Great laptop to do presentations with and a great home computer. We are enjoying this and enjoying the ease of ordering online. If you want a good quality home computer check this laptop out. It goes with me when i have to go out of town for work.

I've used a desktop for years, and never had the need for a laptop. I decided to downsize, and get something to use while relaxing on the couch. I'm very pleased with the speed. It's not a gaming rig, but it's quick. Overall, it's a solid laptop.

We like this laptop. My husband and I are in our 70's and find this fairly easy to handle. We are not tech people. I also got great help from the geek people in store explaining what I need to do. Thank you Ryan in Woodbury. Excellent customer service.

Sales girl was great. Timely delivery. Computer package left outside secured entry door with no notice it was sitting outside. Glad it's an honest building. Still having difficulty making sure it's all set. Had huge problem getting on zoom. Missed my session very hard

The base keyboards is equipped with charge outlet right very curved corner which is loose with charge cable. Next it immediately with USB ports closed to each other. The keyboard characters color is bit dumb selection. Apart from that is it worth money for the above specs.

This is a great laptop computer. I've had it a month. It's smaller than my previous laptop, but so much better. It has everything I need plus it is lighter. I had a Dell for only a couple of years and it played out! I will stick with a HP from now on.

Just an average user who knows little of computers. This one has been just fine with me. Getting used to silver keyboard and had found black keyboards I had previously as easier to use. Seems to do what it needs to do, so I can do what I want to do.

a great laptop for a fair price. It does everything well and quickly. Has no problems slowing down even with multiple programs running. The only drawback to this laptop in my opinion is that the keyboard is not backlit. The touchscreen is nice to have and works well.

I have had a PC for many years and decided to finally move to a laptop. Totally knew nothing about using one compared to PC but the salesperson was very helpful and the Geek Squad people helped a lot too. I'm very happy with the purchase so far.

The only issue is the battery life is not as long as I expected the display is also not very bright. The kepyboard letters should have been darker or illuminated so that you can use in darker settings.

For a Windows 10 laptop, this is a great one. It runs all the programs I use, particularly for video conferencing. Still, I switched to a Mac 10 years ago when Win 7 was out. Windows 10 is a pain for those who liked the way older Windows versions organized. Oh well.

We needed to replace an old desk top, but the thought came to mind we are living in mobile times so why not be more mobile. Instead of replacing the desk top I got her a lap top and she loves it! It has all the features to bring her up to date.

This HP laptop is a great product, however, I believe that the graphics card should have a better image quality to show a clearer colors, this laptop shows images on screen in light colors instead of deep dark colors. Overall this is a great laptop.
