I bought this computer to start a home business. I think it's already too small, but it's doing a great job for me so far. Only has 1 USB port, so that has already proven to be an issue. But, it's absolutely great for school and small business.

Fast internet/web loading. It works great with zoom and video sharing if you are working from home. Everything is very new and has enough space to download whatever you need. Portable and great battery life. The camera is very clean and clear too.

Great Laptop! Very easy to use, nice display. Excellent service in setting up the computer, the Geek Squad did a great job and I highly recommend them especially because this laptop was for older people who require more hands on support.

I had to return the first one because the video was defective and the power button was broken. The keyboard feels flimsy to the touch. Definitely could have been built better. Performance is fast, though.

So far so good. It has met my expectations for what I needed it for. I spilled coffee on my other laptop that I purchase form best buys a few years ago. So I didn't have time to order one. I went to the store purchased this one and it works well.

I purchased two of these for my children for homeschooling and we love them. No issues at all. Easy for them to use and my son plays online games on it when he’s not doing schoolwork and it can be used for both easily.

I've had the laptop for about a month. So far, so good! Much faster and more responsive than my desktop that crashed. I had a great purchase experience and had a really knowledgeable sales person. I would recommend this product.

Excellent components for the price but I’m very grateful to the Best Buy staff member who pointed out why it was so inexpensive, namely it is all plastic, no backlit keyboard, and other cost saving details that make for a nicer (but not essential) experience.

I love my laptop so far. It is very efficient and it makes me feel like I chose well. I am a movie maker and it is great for all parts of the movie making process, especially editing.

The only reason I only gave it a 3 star instead of a 4 is because it is very difficult to read the the letters and numbers. On our previous computer they were illuminated and easy to see. I also wished we had got a computer that had a CD player.

Love the updates to this laptop. Easy to use and convenient for my needs. Laptop is thin and lightweight for everyday use and travel. I would highly recommend The purchase of this laptop.

It is a good buy however you may want to have the Geek squad to setup Outlook, MS Team and Zoom for you . Also sometimes the print document goes to save the document instead of printing the document out. I am taking it the Geek squad to fix.

I am in love with this laptop. It has exceeded my expectations. The price was great and its functionality is seamless. I have told all of my coworkers, family and friends this is a must buy. The sound quality is also excellent.

My in-store appointment was on time. My consultant agent, Andre Hussey provided excellent service and was exceedingly supportive. He answered all questions and was very thorough in explaining the operations and installations on my laptop.

Solid State hard drive, almost instantly up and running and does everything I need it to do gets this model five stars from me. I don't know how to fault it. Now, if it breaks down tomorrow perhaps I'll have more to write.

Nice laptop, a little slow after having for a bit but worth the money. Dont think twice about it, perfect for on a budget and will do what you need it to do. Not for gaming!

Great value and loving the touch screen! However, image is a bit fuzzy perhaps low resolution, screen image tends to look faded. Keyboard is not my preference and the keys are offset.

Great tablet for a homeowner, use for paying Bill's, doing budget. Also have an app for my gardening. Great for browsing the web and studies.
