As a first time computer buyer I was initially intimidated by such a high machine, but have appreciated that it is user friendly and meets my needs. I am looking forward to doing more on my computer....it was a great investment!

Decent laptop, screen quality is not that good and no backlight on the keyboard and keyboard itself is not that good, but overall performance and config perspective, its an OK laptop

Functions are very fast. Really enjoy having Microsoft 365 family to work with. The screen has excellent picture quality. Would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a quality laptop at a reasonable price.

When I first purchased it, the mouse pad was not working however I got a replacement on the same day and had a great best buy support. The new one is working perfectly and its a great laptop in this price range.

Set up with Microsoft products was easy. Mouse is tricky on where you touch it. That was the only downside to the product so far. I will monitor the product because I have used it a very short time. The true test will be after 1 year of use.

Price-Quality I’d recommend this laptop. I’m used to heavy duty/gaming laptops, but since this one is only meant to run small apps, it does the job perfectly. Fast enough and lightweight unlike the other I own, which makes my life easier

So far this laptop seems perfect. Fast speed, beautiful graphics... everything you want. Cortana is an added bonus. I wiiiish the keyboard lit up...but honestly, so far, that's my only complaint. I'd say its worth the price :)

The laptop is amazing it has amazing battery life. The computer also has no problem running multiple programs at once and also boots up really fast in less than 30 seconds. Would definitely recommend this computer for purchase.

So far, so good. Very lightweight compared to my last laptop. It's been a while since I've had to buy a new one, but you have to buy programs that used to be included on it which is the only downfall I have found so far.

This is a great little computer for normal office applications. We use this in our insurance business, when we need to work from home. All of our office applications work great, and computer is quick and responsive.

My new laptop is everything I wanted. I especially like the option of the 12GB memory. The only negative comment I have about the laptop is: I wish the keyboard letters, numbers etc. were darker and easier to see.

I got this for son who’s going to high school. He’s satisfied as far as I’m concerned. He uses it for school purposes only and is content with it.

I’ve been waiting for this for a long time, this laptop it’s great,easy to use,fast and enough memory and the battery holds for a long time. I’m thinking I will buy one for my daughter for Christmas,I’m sure she’s going to like it!!

nice but still having issues with Microsoft word. nee geek help to take over laptop and check to make sure everything is setup correctly. but it is nice. still learning how to do different things as I am not computer savey.

Nice laptop. The only thing I don't like is the keyboard. The keys are hard to read unless you have it at just the right angle. I guess if I were a typist it would be OK but I'm a two finger typist and have to look for the keys.

Good choice for replacing older ASUS laptop. Fast startup and moving between screens. Very quick browsing via WIFI. Full keyboard is very nice. Touchscreen is good but is not as sharp as older ASUS display. Can live with that.

I’d give this laptop 5 stars if I didn’t have to restart it every time to get the keyboard to work. Not sure if it’s a security thing or a setting and a call to HP didn’t resolve the issue permanently. Other than that, it’s good.

I was glad this laptop was in stock when I needed it as it fits my needs. My previous keyboard did not have a number pad next to the qwerty keyboard so I am still getting used to the shift for typing, but other than that I'm loving it.

This laptop has good options at a good price. It's lightweight and thin. Perfect for what my wife was looking for while working at home. SSD drive and one of the latest processors makes it very quick. Highly recommend.
