nice laptop. Fast boot up and ssd drive makes it pretty fast opening a program. Has more ram than most. Overall pretty good. I would suggest it for everyday use.

In my job, I need a laptop with basic MS office functions and that works well with virtual connections to the office network and video conferencing software. This is a very good and dependable laptop for the price for my needs.

This computer responds quickly to commands with keystrokes, touch pad, and touch screen. Very convenient to move around and work in different parts of the house. No problems so far. We are repeat Dell owners.

This was purchased for a high school graduate who is also a gamer. He is now in college and the computer is doing everything he needs for class and leisure. No issues.

Good system for my purposes; home use light office usage. Only drawbacks to me which I read in other reviews keyboard somewhat light and flimsy but other than that excellent choice for the money I wanted to spend

I use this PC for several computing needs. I video conference and do presentations regularly, surf the internet, and even do some light video work. This was an excellent purchase, A++

The computer works fine. It just that the letters are so light on the key board, I can hardly see them, and they don’t light up at all so that’s no help either. I’m considering exchanging for a different one.

I got this for my son’s 11th birthday. Because of e-learning it has become a necessity more than a luxury. It’s features are great. He never had a problem with it. You can’t go wrong with HP

Still works great after a couple years of using it. Not one issue. Plenty of ram and hard drive space. Did have to turn off the windows cloud connection.

The representative had a habit of avoiding questions posed to him but I think he either believed he was answering the question or was trying to deflect it. As for the product I am happy with our decision.

My daughter needed a laptop for work and I needed to use it for the camera features (zoom). Initially, I wasn't a fan of laptops, always used desktops. This purchase change my mind about laptops.

I bought this nice laptop, 15.6" Touch-Screen Intel Core in August of last year and it has been exactly what I thought it would be, great tool for my computer usage and easy to carry around!

This is a replacement laptop. The first one had to be returned. So far it is working ok, Ive had it a little over a month. Hopefully it will be ok. My first one started freezing after a month and a half.

The geek squad was very helpful, understanding my limited computer skills and I will return again soon to resolve a few issues I need to learn more about. I am 70 years old and like the face to face service.

first new computer in 8 years, big difference, very fast start up. great value for the money. got it on sale and not disappointed one bit. not for gamers but more than enough to tackle everyday computing.
