I love my new laptop.it is so easy to use . Love the bright picture and color. Not a hot laptop very cool. keyboard is so easy to use and read the letters. This is the best laptop I every own.

This laptop replaced my existing desktop. Very good performer and has the advantage of being able to transport it easily. Once I got the right docking station, existing peripherals plugged right in.

Have had this for several months now. It's a solid laptop with the features that I need. The only critique is that the touch pad is a little too sensitive. Overall, very happy with this.

Happy with my HP Inspiron w/ Core i5 & 12GB RAM. I use mainly for Microsoft Office, Internet and Remote Desktop Connection. Good build quality. This is my 3rd one. My last two lasted at least 6 years each.

Computer works fine for we it used for. Only complaint i have is with the key board visadilty at night with a lamp light on. While seating down with lap top on your lap, you can't see the keyboard letters

An excellent all purpose home office laptop. I am a long time HP Pavilion user and this computer is keeping me convinced to stay with a winner.

I am getting used to my new computer. My old one was 12 years old and it was very slow. Initially I had Windows 7 Now I have Windows 10 and can't believe the difference. So far I am quite happy.

Seems like a pretty decent budget laptop, it does come with windows home S mode. you have to create and sign in to microsoft to turn S mode off. I turned it off, but and the next boot it went back to S mode and keeps saying something went wrong and will not change out of this stupid mode. S mode is some dumb microsoft thing to help protect the laptop by only allowing users to download new programs via microsoft store. it also keeps you from doing anything with the laptop since it really locks it down. will be returning this and getting a machine that does not have this S mode.

It is exactly what I was looking for. Didn't need the touch-screen, but it works well, I just don't need it. I connect to my other computers on the network and can stream perfectly to my Xbox one.

I wanted to purchase my laptop from BestBuy, however I was able to get a better one from Hewitt Packard. I informed the sales rep and was informed that I should purchase it from HP if it was worth it to me.

I had a great salesman he help me in getting the right laptop for what I needed not to just sell me something he spent a lot of time with me I did not feel rushed I love my new laptop !

This HP Laptop was just what my daughter needs to be able to do her schoolwork now that she is attending College. It has a sleek design and it isn’t too big and bulky so it fits nicely on her desk.

Both my wife and I have used it for both zoom meetings and other work. So far the ease-of-use has been noteworthy. This is important since due to our age we are not as tech savvy as many users.

This computer has a keyboard the right size for me. Easy to type with. Has many extras and great color. Easy to set up and start working. Turns on very quickly and great storage space for me.

I returned to school to work on advanced degree. I love this laptop! Does all I need it to do and more. I’ve had it for over a year and not one minute of trouble.

Great lightweight computer. The 12 GB of memory are what separates this from other laptops. No problems running my programming software for machining. My 3D printer is functioning great also.

I needed a new lap top and again choose an HP. The only thing I’m not pleased with are the silver keys .. the symbols are light in color and hard to see. Please make an over lay to fit over keys.

Computer is excellent for home school and easy household work. Number two pad helps younger students with fact drills and math games. Plenty fast enough for zoom and other video chats

The computer is pretty quick and holds a charge well. The one thing that I do not like about it is the fact that the keyboard is not centered with the screen (off to the left with a number pad to the right).
