I needed a new lap top and again choose an HP. The only thing I’m not pleased with are the silver keys .. the symbols are light in color and hard to see. Please make an over lay to fit over keys.

I’ve only had this laptop for about a month, but so far so good. Clear resolution, sound is clear, no lag & zoom meetings & classes run smoothly.

I returned to school to work on advanced degree. I love this laptop! Does all I need it to do and more. I’ve had it for over a year and not one minute of trouble.

Perfect size for the lap. I love the ease of using the touch screen. The keyboard keys are solid and dont sink in. Also the touch pad is one solid piece instead of 2 separate pieces

We bought our first computer in 1980. Fast forward to 2021. So darned impressive. Easy to use, response time is excellent. There isn't a negative thing to report on our newest PC.

I made a great purchase when I made the decision to buy the HP - 15.6. This laptop came with all the capabilities that I needed. I would recommend this laptop to everyone.

I love my laptop. It took me a minute to get use to Windows 10 but after I got the hang of it I'm loving it. The features are fantastic and it offers so much. I'm still learning but I love it.

Excellent service. Didn't make me feel stupid-which a lot of computer geeks do. Everything went smoothly and I returned home with a fully loaded new laptop which works flawlesdly.

Love the size. Very easy to set up and use quickly. The keys are large and easy to use/see as I am "older". It was also delivered very quickly and in perfect condition. I love it.

I like the sleekness of the laptop, weight, color. I wish the letters and symbols on the keys were easier to see in ambient light. They are quite faint, given the light silver background.

Terrible laptop. Started having issues a couple months after purchasing. Battery life is terrible. It locks up frequently. The internal fan whirs. I have taken it to geek squad and they also sent to manufacturer. No solution. I would not recommend this laptop to anyone. The only good thing is when it does work, the touch-screen is very responsive.

Geek Squad member was very helpful. But the service is VERY expensive. I didn't necessarily need a 1 year contract when all I wanted to do was have my new TV hooked up on a one time basis.

I appreciated the time staff took to explain and answer all my questions. Staff advised against purchasing something I didn’t need as was included with Geek Squad support.

I love this computer! It’s just a little smaller than my previous one, but is quite a bit lighter. It still has the extended keyboard, which I prefer for entering numbers.

Very easy to use, does a great job, I really like this computer, for my needs it is superb. I am replacing my pc, and it is hard to do since I am an oldster and am used to it.
