I appreciated the time staff took to explain and answer all my questions. Staff advised against purchasing something I didn’t need as was included with Geek Squad support.

I love this computer! It’s just a little smaller than my previous one, but is quite a bit lighter. It still has the extended keyboard, which I prefer for entering numbers.

Very easy to use, does a great job, I really like this computer, for my needs it is superb. I am replacing my pc, and it is hard to do since I am an oldster and am used to it.

It boots up fast. This is a home computer to watch videos/movies, and search the internet. The only thing we didn't like was the Windows 10 S. I had to remove it to load a program.

I like this laptop. However, the cap lock key light is “tiny” and hardly noticeable. Also the “F” keys, ex: F1, F2... are too small, “tiny.” Other than that I’m satisfied with this laptop.

East to set up out of the box. Early fan noise went away after the computer was in use for a couple of days and all the updates and new drivers had been downloaded. Keys are easy on the fingers.

Bought this to replace an older but much nicer HP. The keyboard is clicky and noisy. Not backlit like the other one but seems to be nice so far other than that. I wish I hadn’t downgraded.

HP’s 15.6” touch screen laptop has been a great value buy for virtual online learning. Its fast processor supports the vast array of virtual teleconference calls, and it holds an extended charge!

Good value product. Lightweight easy to travel . Plenty of storage capacity. Using it with wireless mouse and extra screen and wireless printer—-all connected without issue.

We bought the laptop computer and like it, but calling in for set up was difficult or i should say trying to understand the guy on the phone to basically get our webroot installed.

Love the computer. I find the ultra thin black-on-silver letters and numbers on the keys hard to read. Whatever designer thought that up didn't have the eyesight of the older population!

Easy to use for a non tech person. Like the plastic keyboard. Easy for travel. Just the right size for travel.. Grey keyboard letters hard to read. Should be much larger print

This is my first laptop computer and I am thrilled by the convenience, mobility and quality of the picture. It is a learning experience switching from tower, but a simple one.

I love this laptop! I mainly use it for my school work. My previous laptop was an Hp that I bought in 2010, so having a new one is awesome. It exceeded my expectations.

Great product. Ii had been using a MacBook for the past 10-15 years. The reason that I am reverting back to a Windows laptop is the pricing. I am very happy with it so far.

Adam was terrific in fixing my husband's problem when he couldn't access the internet. He spent many hours resolving the problem and now his computer is working wonderful!
