Very sleek and easy to use. Since I have large hands this keyboards allows me to have more than enough space to comfortably type. Would definitely buy this again.

This laptop was easy to set up and begin using. Having an issue with setting up tj Trend Micro Internet and Security software. Laptop seems to be a good value for the investment.

I love this computer, it is super convenient for me. I will be going back to school soon remotely due to Covid and I am already sensing it will get me through it.

So far, this laptop has performed sufficiently for me. I do wish the keys (alphabet, symbols, etc.) were printed in black, as the silver on silver printing is not easily visible.

Love my laptop however, the letters on the keyboard were too light. I had to purchase bold black adhesive letters to cover the faint letters.

Very snappy with the SSD, no frills and does what it needs to. Happy with my purchase! Ordered online 1 day prior. Was ready to go as soon as I got to the store.

Computer is just fine. You're support tech group have been very helpful, have the geek squad plan. I've returned with additional questions and they have been very helpful!

My only observation is keys are not user friendly. I might buy keyboard because I work with numbers. Very light and good purchase.

Easy to set up and connect to internet. Total geek squad helps with anti virus and connecting other devices. love this laptop, don't know what I did without it.

Great except the touch is too sensitive on the touch pad. Had to turn it way down and cover it so it did not mess things when I typed. Other than that it is a great laptop

Works as expected. My only complaint (not directed at the computer itself) is Windows 10. I don't like it as much as previous versions. I will have to get used to it in any case.

great laptop, purchased for my 10 year old to use for virtual school. Handles everything with ease. Works great with headphones and a second monitor hooked to it.

I bought this laptop and I really like it. Good size and lightweight. I had a Dell before and I had it for 8 years. Clearly, we have come a long way in 8 years.

Was a nice computer. Returned it as I just had a new hard drive installed in my old computer. Return was easy and had no problems.

I think hp might have made the worst constructed laptop ever. This laptop's plastic body feels really cheap and flexes very easily. The screen is also disappointingly bad for this price range and the keyboard feels hollow while typing. If I picked this up not knowing the price I would think it cost $300 max because of the build quality. It also has like a 1/8 chance glitching and loosing all your stuff when you pick it up (see picture below). This regularly happens multiple times a day.

I am getting used to Windows 10 on my new laptop computer. Jumped from Windows 7, so there is some difference; but not a whole lot. Computer is working just fine.

Battery drains fast. Overall easy to use, size appears to be smaller than as it stated. I bought a 15.6 cover for the laptop, but the cover was bigger than the laptop.
