Battery life is inadequate. Should last what it claims in the description but doesn't not even close. Very disappointed.

I was very nervous about getting new laptop, since I'm not very tech savvy, but this one is just as easy to use as my old one and much thinner and lighter.

bought for doing side work nice and fast only down fall had to get an ethernet adapter because i need to hard line for some of my side work. but works good.

Piece of JUNK! I've had it for barely a year and would get the blue screen of death randomly, sometimes it would freeze for no apparent reason and I'd have to reboot. And suddenly, ONE WEEK before a final school project was due, it refused to boot and I got a message 'boot device not found' and 'no operating system - please install' but then when I went to the bios configuration screen, it listed Windows 10 installed, clear as day. HP was absolutely NO HELP. My warranty had expired a month earlier and so they would graciously send me a box and replace my harddrive...for $300. What about all my data? all my other school projects??? I scrambled to use another computer for the project, have a friend trying to salvage my lost data and I am a definite ANTI-HP user now! Do alot of research before you purchase this or any other HP product. This is very disappointing as this was my third HP laptop because of the reliability and sturdiness I had experienced with previous ones, but this will be my last.

Nice design， good options. But the quality is not good. I bought 5 Pcs, 2 have problem about the Bluetooth or microphone. Best Buy changed the new one for me.

Best laptop I've ever owned. As a catechism teacher, I have had to use Google Meet for my weekly classes this school year. It has been a blessing.

Bought this on sale, excellent quality and value. Light use and storage, so can’t say if it’s processing is fast but it works perfect for our use.

I bought this laptop a few months ago. So far It has been doing really good. Fast start and easy to use. I had to get an external hard drive for storage.

Best Buy did the best they could in resolving my laptop issues. I ultimately bought a new laptop, but the old one was at least 7 years old. I'm happy.

Works and looks great. This is so easy to use and carry around. I love using it while lounging on the couch too and it doesn't get too heavy.

I bought this computer so I could use Ableton wherever I wanted. It does a better job than my pc. It has more than enough power to operate any DAW.
