Great laptop! Keyboard is a little hard to see, but not as bad as some. Bought it for my wife to use & she is getting used to it just fine.

Works pretty well. I purchased this at BB to replace a similar model I got 5 1/2 years ago. Very comfortable feel. Just wis it would have a back lit keyboard.

It was a wonderful laptop. It had some issues with a loud noise coming from the fan after installing different software. Unfortunately, I returned it. Great price!!!

This is a great laptop for it's value! It is perfectly suitable for a college student with great speed and great battery life when they are on the go!

Was unaware of additional fees from HP for app downloads, assistance, Microsoft Office 365. Zoom.us not one of apps in system only Zoom Rooms for a fee.

Apple household had to have a PC so we bought this one based on the store associates recommendation and it works great.

I use this computer for my job and school. My daughter also plays games with it. It is easy to understand. Very conveniente great quality.

Nice laptop, does everything I need, but the lack of contrast between the letters on the keys and the background make typing in dim lighting difficult.

Love HP products! "S" mode warnings when downloading software is confusing. Grateful for Geek Squad Total Protection Plan to prevent costly user errors.

Bought this laptop to replace one I used all throughout college and a few years after, it works great and would definitely recommend giving this a try.

My son needed this to end the issues he was having at college now that everything was online. It was so convenient to have it delivered right to his dorm.

Salesperson was attentive and offered solutions for each obstacle to the purchasing process (e.g. shipping options not available in the store)

Awesome laptop. Very powerful and not too much bloatware included. Screen is very good and it's almost a desktop replacement. I'm very satisfied.

I actually ended up exchanging it for a dell as soon as I got it seen it was so not happy was too big for me nd just seemed cheaply made I gave it 2 stars bcuz I didn’t really use at all I just wanted to box back up take it in and pick out something I was going to be happy with I ordered on line so didn’t really see it until it was delivered so yea payed lil more picked out a dell 2in1 love it

Love the laptop. The keys are a bit noisy but something you can get past. Clear picture and get speakers.

Came with S mode, which would be great if you only want microsoft apps and no others! Had to remove that special feature
