You couldn’t ask for a better laptop to perform work with daily. I wish that it had come with Microsoft Office but that’s all that is missing.

Use to be a huge Dell computer fan. HP has changed my mind. Dell computers are good, but their power cords and batteries are horrible.

Great chipset Core i5 for the price, ample RAM, smooth graphics. Keypad is one of the best I’ve had - responsive without being spongey or hard.

This is my 9 year old Grand Daughter's first Laptop. Actual Computer. No Toy. She is learning things very quickly every day with Parental Supervision.

It’s satisfactory. I am very disappointed in the display. Compared to my previous computer it is very poor. It looks faded and needs more contrast. I took it back to Geek Squad twice and they say that is just the quality of the that particular display. I keys are not backlit which I also miss. It works well with Zoom. The camera and microphone are fine. I didn’t find the fan too noisy which some reviewers mentioned previously. Overall it does the job at a reasonable price.

Absolutely love it! So happy I made this purchase. I was way overdue for a new laptop. Glad it was in stock the day I walked in to the store.

For right now, due to this Covid. My little sister is using this computer for school. No problem at the moment and the laptop is working perfectly.

I love it because I bought for my daughter and she never complain about it and I used a couple time for streaming and work fast and efficiently...

The laptop will work but you need to know what you're getting. It's rather heavy and large, so it's not very portable and doesn't really fit well in a backpack with more notebooks and textbooks (college student). The screen isn't 1920x1080 so some text looks off and is distorted. The keyboard and trackpad are decent as well.

This laptop is exceeding my expectations. It is so wonderful to have speed. Very much recommend this product and it arrived in about 3 days.

I have an old version of this laptop and up to now no problems but it’s too heavy, This new model is just like a feather. I love it.

Had a geek squad appointment on tues, the 14th., tech told me i have twenty minutes, bareiy enough time to get setup. Twenty minutes and i was told he had another customer, My questions were not answered to my satisfaction. Have been trying to get help for several days,ready to pack it up and return the laptop. Can I ,please get some help?My email addresses and e-mails were not sent to my computer.

I purchased this laptop for my 17-year-old daughter for school. She has had no issues with the functionality. I'm very happy with the value.

I read the review for this laptop, and I liked the specs for the price. I am a teacher, so I needed something that could handle multitasking on a web browser, especially with video meets going. The first one was great hardware wise. It ran smoothly, but when I took it into the my office room, it lost wifi connection. I have a small one story living space, and none of the other laptops we own (2 other HP's and a Chromebook) lost connection as you moved away from the router. I moved by the router, and everything worked fine, but then I was having serious problems with Chrome crashing out during my class meetings. I ordered a replacement because the laptop still had everything I needed. When it came in, I plugged it in to charge and attempted to start it up, but then screen would not come on. The power light was on, but the screen never came on. I never heard a fan or anything. Even when I returned it, the associate at the store was confused, and he had no idea how to ensure that it was even off because the power light stayed on. All in all, I was eager to get this laptop, but the wifi issues that others mention were a deal breaker, and then there seemed to be major hardware issues from there. I am not sure if HP is producing this model too quickly because of the demand, but be careful with this one.

This is a wonderful device. Use it everyday for work and personal use. HP computers are very reliable and I have been using it for some time now.

I bought this over a year ago for working remotely full-time and I’ve had zero issues. It’s been a great laptop.
