This computer was reasonably priced and has met all my needs. It is sleek, fast and very up to date.

I love my laptop. Its is very easy to use and now i am beginning to use the touch screen more often vs using the mouse to manuever around.

Good quality laptop for music. I bought for my son for Christmas and it was everything he needed to start is new life in production.

My son recently started virtual college classes. Works well for that and seems to have good video streaming. No complaints for user so far.

The keyboard should be backlit. Can be a little difficult visually in low lighting, since letters blend in w/keys if your not somewhat viewing board at 90°

I bought this Laptop almost 4 months ago. I use it daily. It runs fast and I haven't had any issues with it. It's a great computer.

The laptop was intended as a gift and for home personal use performs good. The delivery was late for the intended purpose and was thereby returned.

It was cool I walked into the store and they gave me computer and I left then I drove out of the parking lot and I went home I plugged in my computer

I mainly use my new computer for school work and job search. No lagging time and great speed when processing different applications at once.

I do not know why, but on several occasions the screen on this lap top has just stuck and remains where it is. I do not know if it is because I bought it open box, but I'M READY TO BRING IT INTO YOU FOR A CHECK UP. It is a pain when this occurs. I can't even bring the close boxes down when this occurs, nor does utilizing the Control, Alt, and Del Keys!! If this did not happen, I could have the lap top could be rated so much better. FRUSTRATOING!

I have a hard time seeing the keys with my desk light. everything appears to be the same color. I guest the lightning in the store made a difference..

we senior citizens are not quick to catch on to new things. this computer is challenging which I suppose does help to keep the brain going

It was a gift and granddaughter loves it so far. She will be using it for school. It has plenty of memory and is perfect for her use.

The only thing I don’t like is you can’t use google chrome as your internet browser . Not to crazy that I can’t find a cover for the laptop

This was a nice buy for a laptop needed for a college student. It has enough storage and processing power to handle college software.

First laptop - have been using 3 weeks. Don't like keyboard, does not copy/paste very well. Also don't like all the space between edge of laptop and the keyboard where the touchpad is, Using for work, and whenever I move open desktop items around is laggy, slower response than I am used to at work, and if I am listening to Spotify or other APP they get glitchy, sound gets interrupted. End up having to use my tablet to listen to Spotify or YouTube.
