This laptop works good. I had to take it off S Mode to use it for my work. Once I was off Safe Mode everything was good.

For a fair price everything is there as it was on my huge old screen. Attached keyboard is new for me and no problem adjusting.

Hp laptop is good, and fast boot. However, the fan is noisy and annoying. Overall, a nice laptop.

Love this laptop. I needed a numbers keyboard and this was a small profile, even with the numbers keypad.

I am very please with the mouth pad. The Associate Siraj K was very helpful. I definitely will recommend this pad to anyone.

I previously had an Acer Chromebook that I loved but didn't support full Excel, which I needed for college. Bought this HP and have been very disappointed and it is over twice the price of the Chromebook. Has frequent connectivity issues and if you run the troubleshooter, it will tell you the problem and say it can't fix it. It was also tell me to connect to the internet but I can't because the issue was connecting in the first place. Sometimes, it will save your tabs, sometimes not. Had several issues with websites and my printer setup. I had zero of these issues with my Chromebook which ran flawlessly every single time. I believe I am stuck with as I didn't buy a warranty or anything but regret this. I'd write this review from my HP laptop but I can't get it to work right now.....

Bought for remote work. Love it. Great size. Great screen quality and fits just what I needed.

Purchased for my Jr. High School son, and he was able to set it up with no assistance and works perfectly for virtual school.

We got this for my mom, she love it. Very snappy and responsive. Wish there was more storage but you can always upgrade that easily.
