Got this for my wife, she mostly surfs the web and uses it to email her friends. Works great for that stuff. Fast, love touch screen, good size screen..No issues.

Very easy to use and I like to the full keyboard. Touch screen works very well also. Its light weight and thin and battery last longer than the older models.

I had to purchase this laptop for school and entertainment purposes but for mostly school. the reason for the new laptop was to replace my asus 3 in 1 that I accidently spill water on. This laptop is a nice size I love the 15 inch display the HD screen is nice specially when I look at Youtube videos and now with the Covid pandemic and my classes being held over zoom I needed the web camera for my professors to be able to see me. Also this laptop is very light.

I love my new computer: so fast and easy to use. With the touch screen, I save so much time compared to using the mouse. The silver case looks great, and it is so easy to keep clean compared to black plastic. My only complaint relates to my partial hunt and peck typing: the comma and the period on the side-by-side keys are almost too small to see and distinguish.

This is a great laptop, its fast, lightweight, and has enough power for the average user. Handles video nicely. The price was very right with this one!

Easy setup and reasonably priced. I’ve had to call customer service and Hewlett-Packard operators were friendly and helpful. I live the touch screen as well!

Bought this to replace my 7 year old laptop. Would have liked a keyboard that lights but otherwise has everything I need and at a great price. Geek Squad downloaded all my old files and spent time going over some new features which was very helpful. Sales associate Jabar was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Store and employees made a very safe environment during this difficult time which I really appreciated.
