Very good basic computer for the price. It's not super fast, but for what you pay it gets the job done. Good for surfing the internet and writing a report.

This laptop comes loaded with a lot of good features for a very good price. Although I basically knew what I wanted prior to the store visit, I received good assistance from the sales person in confirming my choice and getting me taken care of.

Initially I had trouble logging on, but after going back to the store and helped by the staff, all is great. Having difficulty adjusting to the "10" OS.

I bought this laptop for my daughter who started college this year. She's very happy with its capabilities and the price was easy on the pocketbook.

Purchased for the wife, to replace one that was four or five years old. Heavy gaming was not a issue, only used for lite daily use. Meets or exceeds all required needs Once again the geek squad did a great job of setup and data transfer.

I bought this computer to replace a Dell product that has been giving me grief since I bought it. Specs are the same but this product sure lives up to its name. Have not had any problems with it and it is very compatible with Windows 10

My original HP Laptop was stolen and I had it for 8 years. I upgraded to this new HP and I am in love with it. HP products are very reliable and I am very happy with my new laptop.

This laptop replaced an older version- it works really well. I like how fast the games load.

I purchased this computer after having problems with my previous pc. Have been a bit dissatisfied with the computer, but mainly because I had grown accustomed to my previous pc which had many more bells and whistles than this one. I am gradually getting used to the way it works and the feel of it, but not nearly as pleased with it.

I think that this laptop is very good for the price. I did not know before I purchased the laptop that it was touch screen.

The piece was a gif for a co worker who has a flair for style so the laptop was definitely her. Price was perfect for the Group Contribution $ limit.

Everything is great. My only complaint is that it's preloaded with Windows 10, which is obnoxious to navigate.

I think this is great. The only thing that would have made this better was knowing more about windows 10.

Start up is slower than my lenovo I bought 2 years ago, other than that it works good so far.

This lap top was a great buy as a bundle with the X-Box One. My only comment is that it is a little heavy for a lap top.
