Defective keyboard

Decent computer for leisure use

Within 3 days it was moving extremely slow and not responding to certain programs. If you need to do constant downloading and uploading I wouldn't suggest this computer. Basic computer for browsing and occasional use.

Very slow responding product

Within 15 minutes, she was having problems with slowness. It continued the next day and it wasn't anything but the HP unit, unfortunately. We will research more on our next purchase!
