When my wifes laptop decided it was time to retire. It was a huge loss to her work ability. I looked at quite a few models before choosing this one. It had almost all of the features of our previous model for a quarter of the price.

I was looking for a basic laptop and this was recommended to me for something that was better than your entry level computer and had a longer life than most at this price point. So far, I have no complaints

I bought this for basic computer tasks and some simple music recording. Set up was easy. All the apps I've downloaded have run smoothly. The speaker on this laptop is great; sound is clear and crisp.

Great laptop overall, excellent for its prize But, the Wifi adapter would disconnect periodically.. i did all the possible configs, power settings and all... but still have the problem..

This unit does a great job for my usages. I don't know that a gamer would care for it though. Start up is two to three times faster than a terabyte hard drive style laptop. I wish it had dual band wireless as I prefer 5 mhtz connections over 2.2 b/g/n wireless

Highly recommend for someone looking for high performance, without having to dig too deep into the wallet. Haven't had any problems with it. It keeps up with multitasking, I highly recommend.

I’m not a huge fan of windows 10. Also during the setup process I ended up having to reboot my phone because of installing the Windows Launch, which removed and took over all my loaded apps and the system.

I bought it on sale so got a great deal on it. Processor and memory are good for light multitasking. Hard drive is small but it's big enough for our user. I would recommend pairing this with a Samsung 500GB SDD upgrade for under $100 to complete the laptop.

Bought this as a gift and recipient loves it. More than what they expected. They were out of it at the store we usually go to, but had it at the next closest one so not too big of a deal.

This is the only HP I’ve ever liked by far.. had very bad experiences with this brand in the past.. but this one makes it up for all those disappointments. Bought 2 of them by the way.

Bought this for my kids to do school work. Performs great. Finish is good. Process speed and touch screen are great. This is a mid level laptop at an entry level price.

I love that the computer has a fast and efficient startup process. It enables me to access my files in a very timely manner for display or printing when in a pinch.

I bought this as a gift for my husband who loves photos! It is perfect for him! It’s his first laptop and he’s been very excited about the verbal automatic setup.

My wife really loves this laptop it's very convenient the screen is good easy to type very very easy to use, but , it has a very low quality CD DVD drive. When the disc holder pops out it feels fragile.

I was looking for something with a couple extra bells and whistles and this just didn’t provide much more what is expected. Usually you are excited to use a new device and I didn’t really touch with 2 days later beyond necessity. It’s a good priced machine for the i5 processor however it seemed like it was a little slow for an i5. Not sure if that was my imagination or it runs slow for an i5 but that was my experience. For someone that needs a laptop and wants a reliable well built product with a strong company name, this is ideal...for anyone looking for an excitement in the purchase of a new electronics item, keep it movin’

I haven’t had any problems yet. It starts up quick and does everything it needs to do. I mainly use it to type papers and go online. Happy with my purchase.
