    My daughter’s father came in for Christmas this past year. Well he buys her the laptop which has had problems from the start, so my daughter says and I’ve seen. Her father did NOT buy any protection plan and I don’t have the money to send directly to HP. Her dad knew this and since he paid for it, nothing I could do. The computer is a very good. I just wish we could have it looked at by the Geek Squad for my piece of mind.
