Bought two of these for my 19 year old and 22 year old for school, Stylish and sleek finish and speed is optimal

Love the laptop. Only thing I wish it had was a port for a wireless mouse. Touch screen is awesome but some things are easier to navigate with a mouse

HP is number 1 in my book for laptops, light weight, has everything I need to run my small bookkeeping business

I was pleased with the knowledge the sales guys had as well as how patient they were with me checking things out. The laptop was on sale due to it being returned. It was in great shape with no issues. I us it for casual computing and in my technical work. Seems like a solid machine with lots of potential. The SSD is great as well as the screen. This is a fine middle of the road PC that would likely serve great for most users out there.

Laptop has good build quality. Good for the price. It's not very heavy too. Main advantage is 8th gen i5 processor. Keyboard is nice. The only problem was that the cpu fan had some defect and it kept making some physical noise as if it was coming from fan blades. It never stopped and got worse when cpu was under load so I had to return the laptop. Otherwise it's good machine.

I gave 4 star only because I felt that they could have increased the memory space from 128GB to 500GB or 1 terabyte but overall happy with this purchase.

I purchased computer as a non-gamer and with Microsoft Office 2019. All applications run well. Computer is much lighter than my predecessor computer.

I love this laptop, perfect for my needs. I'm old school so it's taking some time to learn the Windows 10 & a touch screen, but I'm slowly learning!

I enjoy this laptop to only have 8GB memory. It's a great laptop to have a 128GB solid drive haven't experience and lack in the cache memory.

Great mid-range laptop for general use and online school or meetings. We bought this for my daughter, and she's been using it all year for going to school virtually. It works great and has all the features we need include a good quality built-in webcam. It also includes a built-in DVD drive, which is difficult to find anymore. Could use a little more memory and storage space, but prices have come down so much since we purchased that I'll just upgrade those.
