Overall good laptop but definitely recommend saving to the cloud or hard disk because the memory gets filled quickly with program downloads and files. Besides that the laptop runs pretty smooth and built well. Do recommend it for home or school.

Bought this for a inexpensive laptop for a temporary intern at work. Is works just fine With all our applications. I also own the same laptop at home for my husband and he loves it . Works great for email, resumes, Facebook, and Watching videos

Great service at Best Buy. Ordered the item online and got notice within ten minutes the purchase was ready for pick up. Once home I began setting up this lap top and it was very simple and I love it! Over all a great experience.

Not thrilled with the installed Microsoft software. Would have liked backlit keys. Number-lock defaults to off when cover is closed, and there is no LED nor screen icon confirming that it is on. Touch screen is good feature.

The log in speed is great as well as the download performance. The color imagery is great. The only thing I wish it had is more USB ports . Overall I am very pleased with this computer.

Bought this laptop a couple of months ago I like the 15 inch much better I previously had a 17 inch it was too bulky but this is perfect just hate it didn't have light up keyboard

If you are not looking for a lot of local storage. This laptop is fantastic. My solution to this is store all my files on the cloud. I have OneDrive. This combination can not be beat.

Not bad. I love the touch screen feature, great size, thin the only downfall is the battery life ... it does rather fast. But nice for an everyday computer.
