Battery and fan noise.

I needed a smaller and lighter laptop to carry around and the 17" has had battery problems for very long. Unfortunately, this laptop was slow when performing certain functions, and just a few days later the fan began to make noise, so I had to return it. I am much happier with the Samsung laptop that I bought, though, it cost about $300 more.

Great for basic use

I ended up contacting HP because of a notification about "Intel Optane Memory" I kept getting, but after speaking to a second technician he was able to check everything and let me know that notification didn't apply to this laptop and we turned the notification off. So far so good overall!
