I’ve only been using it for a few hours and it’s giving me some errors about optane or something? I’m not super computer savvy so I have absolutely no idea what it means but I’ve barely used it. I feel like this should NOT be happening straight out of the box. As far as speed and stuff goes, it seems to run pretty nicely and the fan is quiet. The battery life is mediocre. It’s an okay laptop for now but I don’t see it lasting very long. I think it would be good for someone who just does some casual web browsing.

I tried buying hdmi adapters and I bought a HP docking station, but nothing worked. I was only made aware that this specific laptop would not work with more than one display when I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with the HP SmartFriend team. If you want to save yourself from spending unnecessarily, then get a laptop that has the capability to connect to multiple displays, as this one doesn't.

It’s very annoying. I’m also not able to download certain apps on the computer that I need for school because of some block Microsoft has on it. None of the videos to go around the block work either.

It feels extremely cheap, and I didn't realize the new Windows 10 comes with "S mode" which allegedly makes the computer run faster. However, you can only use Microsoft Authorized apps when running the laptop on s mode. When I downloaded Google Chrome, the computer immediately heated up and made loud noises from the fan. In a matter of minutes, the computer felt like an oven. At this high price, I was expecting quality but definitely did not receive it.
