Overall great laptop

Not quite as fast as I expected it to be. However could just be my internet , but overall good laptop. I bought it for my dental practice to download 3D printing software onto and has done well!

Can’t do my work if the screen is black

It’s still on because the power is still on but the screen? You can’t do anything. Called tech support no help. I haven’t even had the laptop 3 months. No damage whatsoever.
