Win 11 is a PITA! Had to get out of nanny S mode to load some of my software. Drivers for printers good on Win 10 don't work on 11. Haven't found any compelling new features.

Great for the Price

It isn't the most durable computer built and has a bit of a cheap plastic feel to it despite the sleek looks of it. Should be a good laptop for anyone not too rough on it physically though.

Have had the computer for a few weeks now. Would like to be able to make the icons and font a little bigger and personalize it more. Navigating a little more difficult for me than other computers in the past. One thing maybe because it is a touch screen the keyboard a little flimsy.

Great laptop, until the battery died...

It was fast to load, was able to process several Office products used at one time, quick for web browsing. It was a little slow when hooking up an external monitor, but it is something I can live with. Unfortunately, after having the laptop for only 4 months, the battery needs replaced and cannot operate without being plugged in to the charger. Now I am going to have to figure out a solution for work in the short term while I wait for HP to fix it. The estimated turn around time, including shipping, is at least 10 business days. You would think that a middle-end laptop would have a battery that lasts longer than 4 months. Look into other options unless you want your laptop to be tethered to a charger like a desktop.
