The major issue I have with this laptop is the battery. It says it should hold an all day battery use but not even 2-3 hours in, the battery needs to be recharged and I’m only using it to type and study. My older laptop holds a better battery than this.

I bought the exact same model that I had before. I had that old one for several years before it started giving me problems. This one is extremely slow at times and it takes several tries to download a page. Other times it runs beautifully.

Well, I purchased this new Windows 11 from HP because my old Windows 7 was no longer (for several years) being maintained and updated from Microsoft. Plus, after delaying for several years, I was hacked into and wanted to hopefully end my problems with the old Lenovo.

I have only had this for 3 weeks and I have already failed 2 timed tests. This laptop looks amazing but it is TRASH. In other computers, you can toggle screens much better. Their toggle feature if very limited. The computer freezes a LOT. Sometimes the curser literally disappears. You have to restart the whole computer because you can't type. This happened during 2 tests. I wish I could return it

It heats up very quickly. There was a constant background noise, possibly faulty production.

Bought this PC for work. Satisfied with the performance. As noted by other buyers, of the minuses - there is no keyboard backlight. And the characters are black on a gray background under a certain angle and lighting are not visible. Knowing the blind typing method is not a problem.

I don't want to leave a completely horrible review,but we were never even able to use this laptop. I purchased online and from setup it kept glitching. Couldn't get mouse to work and screen was glitching. Ended up returning.

Well i was buying this laptop for my spouse so she can have a new laptop for work. Had read reviews about malfunctions and low and behold had the same issue its called a ghost screen or ghost touch look it up sad thing was i had to wait 3-4 weeks to get this laptop in the first place becuase of stupid glitches for the online purchase which was half of the stupid headache and on top of everything after sending for repairs they told me they no longer make these computers and have stopped the production…… i wonder why

This is by far the worst laptop I have ever owned. It has not run for more than 2 months straight without requiring a fresh installation of windows. Every call to HP support resulted in nothing but pointing fingers at Microsoft. Now 2 weeks after the warranty period the memory controller failed. HP support had no solution other than to pay them $350 to attempt to fix the issue. After this experience I will never buy another HP product nor recommend them at work.

Everything working good. The only negative that I've noticed is the numeric keys are difficult to make out in low light. Would have been better if numbers were in black against the silver keyboard.

PC was ok. Had an issue with the laptop losing WiFi. Reboot was the only way to bring it back. Updated to all the lastest drivers and windows was fully updated as well. Also installed all HP firewares.

Has been excellent for our needs. Just use for light web browsing and for our mobile devices to backup and add music/movies. Only provided 4 stars as a full 5 would always have to blow me out of the water. Would give 4.5 if I was able.

I like the laptop --- but am unhappy that Win 11 does not allow me to easily have mapped files on other boxes on my local home network. I upgraded the OS to Win 11-Pro but still am relying on One Drive

I ordered this online ,but when it was received ,there came a warning on the screen that there was a fan not working. So I called and spoke to an associate. I ended up returning it and decided to purchased a dell all in one system that I love.

Locked in "s" mode. I was pressured to hurry up and buy. I was pressured by a pushy female who just wanted me out than help me make a purchase. I felt racially discriminated actually. They were treating me as I had no money to buy anything. Also not a foldable tablet like I was told. Not a lot of things I was told. Upsetting. I travel a lot and it's past the return date. Mildly upsetting. I sold it to someone else online, so at least I didn't lose anything but my patience with that store and that horrible crew that day.

This is a nice computer, which fits my needs well. It is slim and light-weight, with good graphics and a responsive keyboard. The CPU is noticeably faster than my previous laptop, and it was easy to set up and personalize.

The laptop is pretty decent for the price. Would've liked to see a 1TB storage in this price bracket but I guess 512GB shall do for now. The laptop gets pretty warm so I'd recommend getting a cooling pad along with it to manage temps.

I purchased this laptop thinking it was a great deal for the specs. Since I ordered it online I didn’t get to try it first. As soon as I opened the box I was disappointed, its made of cheap plastic and the keys echo when hit. I still considered keeping it until the laptop started randomly going black. It also seemed have an issue updating and gave me an error message that all the updates couldn’t load. Overall this feels like a very low quality laptop. It will be going back.

I have been looking at buying a computer for months. Going back and forth with quality and price. At the end of the day quality means more. I am satisfied with my decision and happy with this computer. Lightweight, fast, easy to use.

The battery doesn't hold up for very long and there is no backlight on the keyboard. Also, there is no fingerprint recognition as in the description. Otherwise, a good buy and I would certainly recommend it to a friend.
