We worked with a salesman named Butter! He was great! Very knowledgeable and listened to our needs! They didn’t have the computer we were looking for! But he set it up with another Best Buy!

I don't like anything about this computer. The keyboard is weird its hard to see the lettering and numbers on the keys. The letters and numbers are to the left there is a calculator to the right. I have to click several times to get around sites on the web. I would never recommend this laptop. My mistake buying on the web and not going into a store.

The PC doesn’t have a backlit keyboard, but the real killer is not having a non-glare screen! Makes no sense to have a glare screen! I returned the unit!

The laptop is good and is fast for normal use but the battery is very poor It drains very fast even in regular use. Didn’t last for 3 hours also

Received the laptop in record time! It arrived in excellent condition and was a snap to get up and running. I am impressed with the speed of the laptop and would definitely purchase from Best Buy again.

The laptop: so far so good but when I bought it, it included a free Norton antivirus plan for 6 months, I’m still waiting for the email that Best Buy supposed to send me with the information.

It was disappointing that the displayed item was not in stock in the store & had to be shipped. Also it had to be returned due to a defective keyboard. Geek squad techs were very professional!

I love HP computers but I had to return this one because it didn't have the back light on the key board. This is a must for me, but I did find a HP computer that is so much better than any I've ever had!

Hi - I really like it! I just recently had my IT guy do the transfer of files etc and all is working great so far. Kind of wish I would've gotten a black keyboard face though. Thank you for checking in.

Great laptop! This had everything I needed and I haven't had any issues with it so far. Very slim but it doesn't feel flimsy.

Great so far. Only complaint is that the keyboard is incredibly sensitive and changes my settings and websites if I breathe! Oh, also the battery life is 1/2 of my previous computer (also an HP).

I got this laptop to replace an old pc and was a little disappointed with the battery. It drained even if its turn off.

Got this for my nephew back to school. I liked the laptop very much, in fact I really want one for myself too. The laptop for everything with latest tech and powerful. Happy with purchase

Had to quickly replace my crashed laptop. Since it was about 6 years old, there was no economical reason to try and repair it. The new HP was a great product and the delivery was fast.

Quick and easy, able to pinpoint my computer needs. Sales staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Check out process was fast and easy. Able to get everything in one stop and still able to save money.

No disc drive and the SD slot eats cards without ejecting them. Battery life is questionable… not enough time with the laptop yet to be sure. Value for the price paid is awesome.

Overall laptop is very good. The only features I wished it had were a backlit keyboard and the color of the keys are silver, black instead of the silver, black would be easier to see.

Its very annoying that a purchased this laptop. I havent even used it for a year and the touch screen is not working. In the middle the screen clicks continues and many tabs will be opened and I cant control it. waste of money.

So far so good. I switch from a Toshiba that i had for 10 years to this one. It is a bit different and has lots of newer features to get isued to. I'll be using this for my home business.
