I bought this laptop online (without seeing it in person) and that was a mistake. It feels cheap, which is funny considering how expensive it is. The touchpad is awful and clunky. The operating system crashes constantly and features randomly turn on and off. Can't wait to return this thing.

Both of my daughter's have this computer at their disposal and love to use them. It gives them an opportunity to get things done from anywhere with a quality product.

Like my new HP Touch-Screen Laptop. Was unable to use it for 2 weeks because my Modem was struck by lightning. Still learning how to use Windows 11 but like it so far.

I bought this HP computer after being told that the hinge breaking issues with earlier HP computers had been resolved. The hinges on them are too tight and they break after use. This computer lasted less than ten months. Not very long. I will never buy another HP product.Buy at own risk. Oft times this also ruins the display.

I am older but my friend is a computer programmer and he picked it out for me. I felt comfortable getting it on his recommendation. The laptop has been great.

The keypad area is small. For a newbee to computer keyboard is an issue. The keyboard is nit that good as compared to other HP business laptops.

I’m really not impressed with what I got! Functional but not impressed, expected much more from this!

This laptop did not disappoint  me when I buying yet. This is to work and it’s with a windows 11 so it’s easy

Piece of junk. Hasn't worked properly since we purchased it. Best Buy won't replace it. HP tech support has not been able to fix it either and wants to charge us money for them to send a new flash drive to wipe the system and start over. They should just replace the computer or at least send out the new operating system at no cost to me as the computer is still under warranty. I likely will not purchase another HP product in the future.

Very good laptop and also at a good price. Was not sure of HP Product because of some past experience but looks like they have improved on their quality

Laptop is good. Fast and easy to use. Keyboard is clunky and feels cheap.

Laptop that has stripped down version of windows 11 and would not run older programs or apps. Ok for internet programs and apps. Not for the professional.

This is THE WORST laptop I've ever purchased. I'm taking it in to return or trade in for a REAL reliable laptop. If I just as hover over this laptop, it starts doing things on its own. Touch pad is horrible! Entire unit is loose and has been since day 1. TOTALLY dissatisfied!!!

I really enjoyed this laptop, however, after only a month the touch screen capabilities would not work. Other than that I enjoy it.

Precious year’s model. Good value for the price, but returned it as it has an old style power plug and I was looking for all usb-c so I could use my existing equipment

I was in need of a new computer. My current one was aging and I had been shopping for a newer and updated model. I am very happy with this choic.

It has plastic case and the plastic is extremely poor quality. After one year of regular usage the case is cracked all over the place! LCD display is miserable compared to any OLED

Works good. Seems a little flimsy but it’s not like I’ll be using it as a frisbee anyway.

I bought this HP computer for my home office and to work when on the road. Worked out of the box with no issues and is light and easy to carry everywhere I go.
