This is the fourth HP laptop I have purchased from Best Buy. Each time it was painless, the salespeople are very knowledgeable and do not rush you.

The letters/numbers on the keyboard are faint to the eye and difficult to see in low lighting conditions. It is confusing to understand why HP didn't make the keyboard backlit given the high price of the laptop.

One of the best laptop that I have purchased. It is very efficient and enjoy that it has a 10 key!

I just using it. So very nice and I just enjoy using it. I brought it for my online classes.

I am very satisfied with my computer. I would say it’s one of the top 10 performance even have a little better, then Apple Computer.

so far - great! But WHY NO WARRANTY ??? Do I contact HP for one?? you'd get a better review if I had a warranty !!

This hasn't held a charge at all. No one seems to care. I guess they give you a few days to return it and if you can't bring in it you're out luck. Get a Dell! Horrible. Also, if you use Chrome you'll have to go through an act of GOD to get rid of the MicroSOFT browser. MISTAKE!!!

Good quality & price. I'm on my desktop for 12 hrs a day...now I can just pull out my laptop and still work while being in bed.

Bought for college. Should meet all the specs needed. Have not been able to use much yet but researched before I bought and has met needs so far.

The system specs and price are awesome. The fact that this thing overheats just doing windows updates, is unfortunate. Overheating is worst when plugged in to charge. Whether the processor is too powerful, the heatsink is undersized, the fan is underpowered, the all plastic chassis holds heat too well, or there simply isn't enough vents/space between components in the unit, I can't say. There are NO cooling controls like the higher-end models. Switching on permanent battery-saver mode was the ONLY thing that reduced the heat, and even then, after an hour it still overheats. Battery life is also pretty short...3~4 hours websurfing, MAX. Really disappointed; though HP engineered better products than this. Their older laptops never let me down.

New laptop battery life is inadequate. I charged the system for hours and used the computer for 3 hours and had to do it again.

I wish the keyboard was easier to read. Otherwise I like the overall item. It does the job.

This laptop is very flexible and more comfortable to me in all ways and it has many uses.

Always prompt delivery and website is easy to navigate. GeeobSquad was a big help in setting up complex remote for home media system.

Good laptop. No problems so far (one month since purchase), Windows 11, OTOH, not much of an improvement over 10.

Perfect laptop for my business. I like buying my business electronics from Beat Buy because if service after the purchase.

This laptop is very impressive however around the one month mark the video started lagging or freezing while switching tabs. I’m worried it might have some hardware defects. This does not happen often about once a day so far. Sometimes it doesn’t happen. Otherwise this would’ve been a perfect review.

Love this new laptop - it has everything I need for my Graphic Design software. The only thing I miss is a lighted keyboard!
