It did not work. It started to slow down to the point that it froze. Had to exchange it

Title says it all. The only dislike was Windows 11 S mode so I disabled S mode.

Bought this laptop in the black Friday sale, seems decent specs for everyday use, but there were heating issues and the fan was making a lot of noise on top of that battery wasn't lasting even 2 hours in regular browsing and MS suite work.

Laptop arrived 2 days after the proposed delivery date due to the shipping company. Arrived undamaged and intact. System is working fine as expected.

This laptop was extremely shoddy and felt flimsy. I was not impressed and immediately returned based on the quality.

I thought I would love this computer but I have come to realize ho products aren't durable. I started having problems with this computer soon after buying it and haven't been able to fix them since. Sorry Hp and Best Buy. It's a thumbs down.

I bought this for my wife to replace her old laptop that was operating poorly and contained a lot of her pictures and our financial records. I didn’t want her to lose anything. I am not sure if this was a lemon or if this is the same for all of these laptops, but it’s been a horrible experience for her. It wouldn’t connect to our WiFi to start with, so she ended up taking it to work to see if their IT department could help. After two attempts and having to update multiple drivers, they finally got it working mostly well for her. So what I thought was going to be a good thing for her has led to hours of struggle and agony. Maybe we got a bad one, but I would not recommend this laptop based on our experience. I would have returned it if she and her IT team hadn’t invested so much time already.

This is an awesome laptop computer with all the bells and whistles. My son is absolutely loving his new computer for school.

I have this computer for my mother, easy to use for her and easy to set up

It works as advertised. That being said, I think I wish I would have foregone the number pad.

Been using it about a month and is working fine. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. Wish it had a better webcam.

This is by far the best bang for buck laptop I’ve purchased. Definitely an upgrade from my previous Lenovo work laptop.

it took a few times remembering how to turn it off, But I love this laptop. It isn't hard to navigate at all.
