Won’t connect to Wi-Fi

Would Not Work

HP Notebook failed after 4 days.

No HP support for lemon

After 3 days, her internet connection stopped working. IT told her it was a hardware problem and the computer's troubleshooting said, "Problem with wireless adaptor or access point." HP has been impossible to work with and the Best Buy return period has passed. When a computer fails this quickly, the only thing HP should be doing is sending us a replacement and a box to return this dud.

Mainly because Windows 11 is in S-Mode. I tried to disable it but Microsoft makes it super hard to disable. I finally got fed up and reinstalled Windows 11 with a USB and to my surprise it automatically enabled S mode again. I'm sending this trash back.

Great specs but cheap feel

Like but has issues

I love the computer except that it has had to be replaced twice - I'm about to pick up the third one. The cooling fan keeps going on and the device gets super hot. The first one blacked out and wouldn't go back on. Hoping the third one doesn't burn out.
