Flimsy Keyboard

The keys come off during normal typing, but I can put them back on. I am concerned about it coming a point where they will not go back on.

Bad on eyes/cheap components

I feel cheated

I bought this item new as a gift for grandchild. When trying to set up we found another users information and multiple games etc. already loaded on computer. After having to schedule an appointment to have items removed all is better, but I felt cheated by Best Buy. Apparently new doesn't mean new. At what point does an item become an open box item?

Too Expensive for Quality of Computer

Keys, power button, and cover are very light plastic. When I turned it on, the fan began whirring very loudly & seemed to struggle to get through even the basic set up. It became very hot way too quickly & the charger was hot as well. I returned it the day after receiving it. This was my first & last HP computer.
