I bought this for school a month ago, barely have anything on it, and it's slow and runs out of battery faster than any laptop I've owned in the last 10 years.

This computer may be great but compared to the envy it feels very very cheap and it's very lightweight

If you moved it in a way it didn't like, it would turn the screen off. I also didn't care for the keyboard. The characters were too hard to see on the silver keys.

This computer is not working.

Bestbuy sold us a broken computer, and they're asking at least $150 to fix it. I don't suggest Bestbuy, They provide a very short return period. I got this laptop, and we didn't have a chance to use it first two weeks. After that we started to use it suddenly we see the blue screen. It's not opening anymore.

Kept crashing!

It gives different blue screen error messages so can’t troubleshoot issue and now it doesn’t even give the blue screen error, it just crashes

I thought that the size of the laptop was too big but not so for older eyes. The large screen display is great to have. The speed of the applications opening is quick. The only issue I have is the laptop battery area runs hot . I got a laptop fan and it helped.

( two other laptops are connected plus my phone, so its not my wifi.) It connected for five mins. After that no connection. This is garbage. Do not buy. I will be returning.

Very SLOW computer despite having (supposedly) 16GB. Very difficult to even hook up to a new HP PRINTER. Ridiculous!! I will NEVER buy another HP laptop again! Piece of crap.
