After reading how many positive reviews there were I figured this would be a perfect budget option for me since I only use my regular pc lightly for school and tv. Everything was fine at first with it being loud from time to time with the fans but after a month of light use it completely died!! It was unresponsive with the exception of the charging indicator light blinking when I plugged in the charger. Luckily this happened before my return window, nonetheless it was very disappointing as I really enjoyed the laptop up until this moment. My cheap chromebook lasted longer than this and I dropped that thing daily for about four years. This thing never left my desk or got any movement at all in comparison. If you decide to get this for any reason still I would definitely recommend getting a warranty.

This laptop is terrible. I had it for about 9 months. Not pleased at all. Takes a while to get connected to WiFi at times. My touchscreen just completely stopped working about 3 months in and I’ve had no touchscreen ever since. HP troubleshooting did nothing and I took it for geek squad to look at and the representative told me that he’s had many people bring this laptop in for touchscreen issues and they couldn’t figure out a solution. I am so disappointed with HP.

The computer works for everything I want it to work for. As I use it for college and running art programs on it and a lot of other school work. However whoever made this laptop designed it horriblly for me to almost pay 1,000 dollars for a laptop with the vents for cooling on the bottom and inbetween where you open and close it. The laptop gets extreamly hot as do the cord I charge it with and I am afraid that it will catch fire or melt some parts from how hot it gets. Not only this ,but because it gets so hot it takes longer for me to charge it because I have to keep unplugging it and plugging it back in so I can give it time to cool down. I am so scared that it will catch fire or explode it is not funny. The other issue I have with this is that I also watch video tuturiols for my classes as well as have zoom etc. Whoever designed it was stupid in that department and put the sound speakers on the bottom of the laptop ....so any sound is muffled because it is sitting on the speakers. So you have to turn your volume all the way up just to hear anything. Kind of disappointed in that area because HP computers have always been my go to in the past. Because of their good quality and nice builds ,but this laptop build is completely sloppy and not well planned out for it to cost so much.

Loved the laptop...but the keyboard and letters on the keyboard were grey. The keyboard had no light. Had to return it because it was literally impossible find keys. Associates in the store were super helpful and couldn't believe there were no lights.

Very pleased. I consider this as a wise purchase for my needs. Quality well worth the money spent.
