Poor battery life

Just fair
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not sure how the laptop is getting so many stars and by other reviewers. I owned two older refurbished Dell laptops and a Chromebook previously and the feel of this HP laptop is flimsy compared to those and the battery doesn't last very long. I bought this with a discount on Black Friday or else I would have taken it back.

The keyboard sounds like a bucket and the letters don't show up well on the keys. Just wasn't for me but may be good beginner's laptop.
