Great, lightweight, durable and not too small. It plenty of memory and ability to run my small business program. I have Quickbooks and older versions of word and excel. The only program I have had an issue with is Adobe. I have 2 HP printers and connect to them wirelessly. The keypad mouse is super sensitive so I might be investing in a wireless keypad and mouse when I am sitting at my desk(my chiropractor suggested that as well) It only has 2 USB ports which is a downside. The battery life is fine for me because I only work 4hrs at a time and I plug it in when I am working at my desk. I am so happy with my purchase and it will allow me to work from home when our grandchild is born.

I needed a new laptop and my niece sent me this one with its specs. I LOVE IT!!! I thought a touch screenwould drive me nuts as I am old school. Nope!!! I also had never had Windows 11. I have no problem with it. This pcis so lightweight. Compared to my last one its light as a feather. All the apps, settings, files, etc are easy to find. The size is perfect to. My last one was an inch and a half bigger. I can't tell the difference. Its sleek, sexy (lol) and easy to use. It has everything i need in a laptop and more. I would recommend this laptop to anyone!!! You won't be disappointed!!!

What a deal! My 17" HP conked out on me and after a week of trying to get it back on its feet, I finally decided to just get a new computer. I love this thing. It is slightly smaller, which means it is more portable and fits in my book bag. It arrived the day before my mom went into the hospital unexpectedly for a two-week stay. I am not computer savvy, but because I was intent on staying with her the entire time I knew I would need a laptop for various tasks. When I took it to the hospital, I was hoping I wouldn't have to jump through too many hoops to get it up and running. The transition from my last computer to this one was so easy and seamless. I still can't believe it. My husband told me the i7 was a better, faster, processor, and I really didn't think I would notice or care, but I do notice and I really appreciate it. Not only is this computer awesome, I bought an open box deal at an amazing discount and it was flawless as if only the box had been opened and then closed right back. Because I got the discount, purchasing the max protection was a no-brainer. I really hit the jackpot on this one! I am so glad I bought this and I think it is worth every penny of the full price based on my past laptop purchases. I haven't officially tested the battery life, but it hasn't annoyed me, so I fugure it must be pretty good. I highly recommend this laptop to anyone in the market. You will not be disappointed!

I LOVE this laptop. It's very good at battery life, and has the ports I need. The gaming is decent at least for low to medium settings on most older games (I'd generally say 2021 and earlier). The RAM and SSD are upgradeable though I wish it had a thunderbolt 4 port for an eGPU and had a second SSD slot, but considering I've already upgraded my SSD and it has an SD card reader that supports SD cards up to 1TB I think I'll be okay.

I wanted an efficient laptop, because I teach online. This one fit the bill: lots of memory, large enough to view the screen but light weight, loads fast, good ergonomics. Touch screen is a nice bonus. Beware that it comes with Windows 11 in "S mode" which I had to remove so I could download apps not by Microsoft.

An excellent laptop for the price! I'm really impressed with the sleek design, large screen, durable construction, and light weight. The keyboard is very comfortable and easy to use, and the keys are quite "clicky," which is an extra bonus that I really love! I also like that this laptop includes a number pad on the side, which was one of the key features I was looking for when shopping for a laptop. The laptop's internal fan is also on the front of the computer, allowing for better air circulation (and it doesn't get hot to the touch like my old laptop).

I bought this laptop for my daughter who is a senior in high school and will be attending university in the fall. I wanted to get her something that is light to carry around, with plenty of space on the hard drive and fast operating system. I have to admit that i am not an HP fan, but this modle seems to be doing its job and both my daughter and I have use this laptop and I'm pleased with the results. I highly recommend it. This is not a gaming computer, but the graphics on it still pretty good. I got a resl good deal on this during black Friday at best buy. I did my home work and compared many different options in Asus, HP, Dell and AMD. For the price and being touch screen, 1 TB, 16 gig Ram, and a good hard drive, this was the best deal.

I'd been looking for a new laptop for awhile but took my time to find the perfect one for me. I didn't need anything fancy since I just planned to use it for the Cricut and some browsing. After comparing a couple, I chose this one due to the amount of Memory, SSD, and the size. It was everything I wanted and the day I went to buy it, it was on sale! I've had this laptop for about a month now and I love it. It's pretty fast (faster than my desktop for sure) and it works great. The battery life is great and it was very easy to set up also. I'd definitely recommend this laptop to anyone.

The best laptop I have ever had or run across! It has excellent super fast speed due to its prosseser, bright crytal clear graphic display, and superb sound. There is no sitting there waiting for programs to open or load. Download and upload speed is lighning fast. It happens in a blink of an eye. Your jaw will drop at the speed it takes to install a program. When I was playing music on it the 2 speakers made it sound like surround sound. Perfect for any use from entertainment, surfing the web, to office work. Great keyboard layout. It has everything you would find on a desktop keyboard plus more. I love how quiet it is during use. When I pressed the power button the first few times using it there was a micro second I thought I didn't press the button because it is silent. But the lightning fast startup speed proved me wrong every time. The iceing on the cake is the touchscreen. Makes whatever you are doing a whole lot faster, easier, and fun. It has bluetooth even though the specs says it does'nt. It comes in S mode I recomend taking it out of S mode. It limits what you can install on the laptop. When you take it out of S mode Microsoft will say you can't put it back in S mode that is true. They will tell you are loosing security but don't let that fool or scare you. As long as you have a antivirus software installed you are safe. Plus you will still have windows defender.

I see all these bad reviews on this product, and I do not understand why. I find the laptop to be light weight, the keys are large, I love the numeric keypad, the speaker system is loud, (important to me because I have 75% hearing loss in both ears) the touchscreen and touchpad are very sensitive to touch, the touchpad is also sensitive to touch, the graphics are very good, and processor, WOW, very fast! Unlike the the other reviews, I don't find the casing to be any less quality than other new laptops on the market today, and I have also not experienced any more heat than normal for a laptop. The only issue I have with the Windows 11 laptop, is the fact that Microsoft installs Windows 11 S Mode. That restricts the laptop from using any software that is not offered in Microsoft Store. They claim it is for the consumers security, but that it is pretty apparent that is not a truthful representment of why S mode is active. However, it is very easy to disable S mode, and you can install any Windows compatible software. This laptop is definitely worth the purchase!

This laptop is not that much good how it’s configured. In the manual they showed fingerprint options but on the laptop there are no fingerprints location.

I needed to upgrade my 10 year old laptop -- this laptop fit the bill perfectly! It's fast, easy to use and even easier to set up! Had no issues downloading files, etc from the old laptop. I love the touchscreen and the resolution is incredible. I would definitely recommend this laptop to anyone who needs a fast, efficient laptop! The battery life is awesome! Did I tell you how fast it is?????!!! Also, the customer service at the Daytona Beach Best Buy was incredible!!
