I had to replace my old Dell laptop. The geek squad representative was very help finding me find my new HP laptop. It turns on very fast and easy to use and light weight. I am a real estate agent and it is very portable. The geek squad was very helpful with transferring all of my data from my old computer, added extra icon and short cuts and answered all my questions.

This is a great Laptop for the price as it has great performance and decent battery life. The screen is ok for what I need it for. The big screen allows you to see more while surfing the Internet or writing a word document. The only problem I have is that the keyboard is not backlit but I knew that when I purchased it. Great speed and works well as my school laptop.

Great buy, this pc works wonderful! It is very fast and user friendly. Upon setting it up it synced all my information from my old pc which was truly a blessing! This saved me so much time and hassle! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable pc because this one was very reasonably priced!

After coming from a 10 year old HP laptop, this thing just zooms! I was a little nervous, as the first thing I installed was Chrome (of course) and it froze while installing (of course) but I blame Chrome, not the computer. I can play The Sims 4 on the highest graphics settings, oh my, there are shadows? And the grass has texture??? And everything opens and closes so fast lol. Again, coming from a 10 year old laptop to this, its like a whole new world. My only gripes really are the fact that there are only 2 usb ports (and one usb-c) and with my keyboard and mouse plugged in, I have no room available for my usb controller. That's an easy fix though, that's what hubs are for right?? Oh and did i mention, i use dark mode for everything, and the black color REALLY POPS. Its a darker black than the black around the screen!! Absolutely love it!

Great computer! Excellent battery life, super fast processor for what I need. Touch screen, mousepad and number keys are very helpful. It only needs a CD drive to watch work disks.. but other than that, super computer for the money. Great value.

I love this computer. The touchscreen makes it so easy to navigate. It has the latest software on it (Windows 11). It is fast and reliable. It's just the perfect weight and easy to transport. I would recommend this computer to my family and friends.

We purchased 2 of these laptops for our construction business. I love the touchscreen option for when I need to make adjustments to a takeoff. The speed is great for a laptop at this price point. I would highly recommend HP if you need a fast and reliable laptop. The only downside is the battery life, but that's typical with laptops.

This was exactly the computer I was looking for. The touch screen feature is very convenient and the number key pads help speed up my work. This laptop is light weight. The speed is great for my crafts and my data entry.

This is a great laptop, it is fast and powerful. Lightweight so it doesn’t weigh my backpack down. I can use it for work, running multiple video chat and multiple apps at one time. I use it for gaming an$ have no lag whatsoever.

The product works really fast when signing on and off. Easy to navigate.Have no problem going from one screen to the next. The pictures on the screen is bright. It has lots of memory space. Works great for what I want do is download cd music and play on my88audio system.

I love this laptop! It's lightweight, fast, and has a great battery life. I use it mostly for work about 10 hours a day and it doesn't start to slow down throughout the day even with several windows and tabs open. I would recommend!

I'm impressed with the overall speed and ease of set up with this laptop, and the responsiveness of the touch screen. However, the keyboard is not able to keep up with my typing speed. Otherwise, great computer for the money I spent.

This has been a great laptop for me! Super fast, user friendly, no issues whatsoever. I LOVE that it's slim and sleek while also rocking a number pad. I was nervous about purchasing this out of the box--expectations surpassed!
