best computer I've had so far. Super-fast / light weight/looks good/touch screen/ supports Windows 11 and with the encore browser it evens reads printed articles. Did I mention how bright the screen is.

This laptop is PERFECT! It’s sleek, lightweight but durable, and very fast!!! I live in a rural area and the only internet I can get is a straight talk hotspot but the laptop runs so good. We have a standard desktop computer also, it’s much older, and with the same internet it barely loads anything so when I got this for online school, emails, just regular day-to-day usage, it has been a breath of fresh air!! I do have to charge the battery if I’m on it consistently for a few hours, but I feel this is normal. **I cannot speak to the use of the touch screen because I do not use that function of it at all, not a fan of fingerprints on screens so I will never use that function of it. The only real complaint I have about my order is I received an email saying the 6month webroot that it came with was available in my BestBuy downloads library, but it wasn’t. I was not able to install it and access the webroot until 3 days later, even though I received an email that it was available. It was very simple to download and install for protection once it was showing.

It is an excellent product, super light and the best thing is its low price to have great properties in its memory system. its touch screen and the colors of its screen very happy for this product

Easy to set up and easy to use. I don't do much gaming or such. I browse the internet and check my email, sometimes I'll watch a movie or series. Plenty of speed and memory for my use.

Over the years it's the only computer I've purchased. It's the third or fourth one I've owned. They've gotten better and easier to use. I like that the new one is light weight and so very easy to use. I would recommend it to my family, friends and church members. Introducing this computer to community groups and organizations will be great for those who think it's difficult to use computers. HP computers are excellent for kids who are beginning to use computers for projects and homework. It's great for elders that are taking college courses, or working from home.

Very pleased with my purchase of the HP 16.6" laptop. Very lightweight, large enough that I can see the screen, plenty of memory and speed. Home user, works well for my needs

Lightweight easy to carry. Never gave me the worry. 512 gb ssd and iris graphics card powers to run mid to high programs without additional effort. We open at times 200+ browser pages in chrome. Scales to perform with no issues

Great product, purchased as a gift for a family member and I own the same one myself. I’ve had mine for over a year with no issues. The family member I purchased it for is using it for school work-no issues, no complaints. Does everything we need it to. Battery life is sufficient but I usually have it pluggged in. The touch screen monitor is a plus although I don’t use that feature often. Monitor size is great and I love the fact it has a full keyboard with keypad. The only challenge at times is how light is the key definition making it hard to free as the keys at times.

Very good laptop overall. I will preface by stating I bought open-box- lightly if ever used. I paid half the list price, making it an excellent value. I have had HP laptops for 10 years now, and they consistently outlive their obsolescence. Compared to my old Pavilion, this one does feel slightly less durable. I would have liked to have an aluminum casing and built-in camera cover, but you manage expectations at this price point. The actual specifications of the hardware make it a worthwhile purchase. As with almost all new laptops, there is pre-installed software that will never be used, but the task manager shows there is minimal impact on resources. I will eventually do a clean install to make it feel less cluttered.

This is an excellent laptop. Easy to use. I would definitely recommend this for highschool or college or work. Its touch screen and lightweight

The laptop was nice. The battery life and speed of this device are excellent. It is an easy-to-use laptop. And I purchased it quite reasonably.

Very fast laptop! Windows boots in just a few seconds. Video editing rendering is fairly fast, as well. It has no DVD/Bluray drive. It only has 2 USB-A ports, so I had to get a USB extender, so that I can use my mouse and external Bluray drive, as well as any other USB devices. It also has 1 USB-C port, which I have not used yet. The HDMI port can connect to an HD TV. The SD card slot is handy for transferring photos and videos from cameras. The laptop screen looks good and the sound is good, but little bass. Overall, I am very impressed with this laptop, and recommend it.

I really enjoy this laptop for the combination of style, power, and versatility. The laptop's silver appearance makes it suitable for both personal and professional use. The sleek and slim design ensures easy portability. No more heavy and bulky laptops that weigh you down when you are carrying them. I have say that the touchpad is very responsive and accurately tracks gestures. I love that it holds its charge. Sometimes i would leave it on for 2 days and it would still have battery. Definitely would recommend on getting this laptop.

It has everything I need. I've always liked the touch screens. The speed is fast and has plenty of memory. I would buy again!

I like this laptop as it is simple to use. This is my first laptop I've had since 2011. I love the touch screen as I've been using my phone as my computer and I've been accustomed to using a touch screen. The display isn't as crisp as I'd like to watch videos, but that isn't a deal breaker since it's not my main source for streaming movies. Having the number pad is great, however it does mess upy finger placement for the keyboard as that is off centered.
