Bought for my mom as her labtop went out. She loves it. If someone needs a labtop that does what you need without over complicating and has a good amount without needing to upgrade, this is a good entry level for you

I love this laptop. It is lighter in weight than my other laptop and is easy to use. I also like the fact that it is touchscreen like my desktop.

the specifications said it only had 2666 mhz ram but it actually came with 3200 mhz ram. nice surprise. ram is also upgradeable and works at the xmp rated cl and frequency even if it doesn't support xmp. this may only be with some ram that do a good job of integrated their xmp profiles into the system. ended up downgrading to windows 10 because of a windows 11 update that downgraded memory bandwidth. except windows 11 is great for 11th gen and up for using less ram and also has better directx12 support. benchmarks really should use directx12 to show the difference between directx12 on windows 10 and 11 on intel igpus. in any case Im probably gonna to upgrade the ram one more time and ill essentially have a 16gb ram igpu which will be neat. been playing ratchet and clank rift apart and beat the game. its difficult to determine whether the latest update made me unable to play the game at 25-30 fps or if it was windows 10 or a chipset issue from using windows 10. one problem with the drivers is they only support windows 11. the windows 10 drivers are for an entire different configuration of the system. in any case I beat ratchet and clank and I should expect to be able to play video games at 20 -25 fps at 1280 720p in most games. maybe not the remnant but most games. although probably not final fantasy 16 when it comes out on pc. but any ps5 game that supports 4k 60 fps should be playable on my machine in the future from 20 -25 fps at 4k. currently using an inland 2tb drive with the system. taking apart this laptop is a herculean feat. you basically have to stab at the sides with a credit card after youve removed all the screws including the hidden ones in the rubber feat. that being said the clips made the computer quite sturdy. long story short the ram is replaceable and I recommend 2 x 16 kingston cl 20 memory for this laptop. do your self a favor and buy this and only this for the laptop. it will work great.

My four year old laptop was amazing and I was willing to keep it forever, but sadly I fell and cracked the screen. Since my next session of school was starting the next day I needed a laptop that would work for my college classes as well as the other application I use on my computer. This computer has been a rock star and I don’t miss my previous laptop. It loads up quick, runs my college classes perfectly and lets me use my other programs and applications. Great computer.

Have been using this over a month and I must say its a great product overall. I ve have been using it for programming and have installed a tons of software with negligible change in processing speed. One issue i could see is that sometimes it doesn’t work with a feeble wifi( my other laptop still works at same speed) but this is solved by switching off and on the wifi. Battery life is also decent I must say with the tons of software it runs.

Just perfect for my daily work, superfast with heavy-weight development tools including docker- also not bad with a wide display of movies and good enough relaxing music always handy

This model has very good battery backup. Speed is good and user friendly. Touch works really great. Overall good.

Great laptop for handling administrative tasks. HP it’s a well known brand and the resolution and quality overall is really good. Thinking to give it to my son 8th grader and buy a new one.

Got this laptop during the pandemic to help with work from home and contract work. Ended up really liking the memory, processor, and number pad in using SPSS. Virtually no slowdown.

I love the screen size, the speed and most importantly, it is easy to travel with because of the low weight.

This was our first laptop purchase for our household as we transitioned from a PC. The large screen is perfect and the touchscreen makes navigating a breeze for us as we adjust to using the built-in mouse pad. It's also nice to have the option to add our wireless mouse, since that's what we were accustomed to using, but not necessary. It also is super fast and has large memory. We are so happy with this purchase!

I purchased this laptop for work and I love it. Very light weight, great speed and battery life.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this laptop! It has plenty of storage space and awesome performance. I can have 10+ tabs open in my browser along with multiple apps and I have absolutely no issues with performance. Also, the start up time is the fastest I've ever seen. (I would say less than 30 seconds!) The battery life is great as well. I can go about 2 days without having to plug it in.

The processor is fast and reliable. I am having trouble with my trackpad. My mouse isn't working properly so I have to make an appointment with the Geek Squad to do a hardware check. Other than that I love all the features it has. I'm able to work on different tabs simultaneously and seamlessly. The battery life is incredible. My microphone sometimes goes in and out, which I will address at my appointment. I will update upon completion.

Love this computer! I have used it for school, work and our buisness. Holds a great charge and not had any issues with it after almost 3 years. Definitely recommend!
