Was looking for a computer for the kids to use for school and communicating with family and friends and this one does the trick. Not too many bells and whistles to make things complicated but does everything it's supposed to do quickly and seamlessly.

Great size for ease of typing. Battery lasts a long time. As expected.

I really love my new laptop. I use it for personal use. I was afraid the silver keys would be hard to read since I am 62, but I have no issues. Much faster speed than my old HP and has great bells and whistles. Office was super easy to set up, it was an electronic download.

I love my computer. The SSD seems to make things run a lot faster. The only issue I have, which I'm still trying to get used to is the way the mouse works. It sometimes makes my screen larger when I don't even seem to touch it but I guess that is going to take getting used to

I really like HP products. This is a great lap top that my wife purchased for me for Christmas. She purchased it by mail, and she said it came in when it was expected.

Haven’t had it long. Just using it for minor things and some family stuff. We do love the touchscreen feature and that is why we chose this computer. My 4 year old can easily use her ABC Mouse on it too which is a plus! So far - it’s been great!

I love this laptop. It took me a bit to get used to where the icons are on the bottom - only because I was used to them being on the left instead of centered. But this laptop performs all of my tasks as expected.

Bought this for my wife to replace an aged laptop that no longer suited her needs. So far this one is performing well for web shopping, medical portal access, e-mails etc.

This computer works well for what we needed. Good value for the money. But the letters and numbers on the keys are almost impossible to see. Probably wouldn't of purchased if we would of realized it. We ordered online.

Definitely great for what I needed it for which is for writing and lite internet use. I love the fact that HP has a component which allows you to reset password which I have forgotten several times. And battery life isn’t bad and it’s lite in weight.

Overall its an average laptop. When i have many tabs open it starts to act a tad bit slow. battery life is great. its portable, not too heavy and is worth the money. Not the best out there but its manageable and cost effective

This computer is amazing, it is so sleek and lightweight. It has a clear screen, easy to use keyboard and is very fast and efficient. I am really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This Laptop was definitely worth the money. It’s fast, accessible to multiple apps (and gaming softwares), and it has a great amount of storage!! The graphics on it are top-tier, too. I recommend buying it. =:))))

It woreks well for what I need. I removed the S Mode because I need app that are not in Microsoft store. The keyboard doesn't have a backlight but that's not a major issue for me. It is kind of heavy...wish it was a little lighter.

Looking for a pc that is fast, able to do all the things I want (basically, email, streaming, spreadsheets and word, accessing preferred sites.) This does it all and also has touch screen and is affordable. Winner

Great laptop, bought it for my son for college and he loves it. The touch screen makes it so much easy to use. I qould recommend.
