I’ve had this Laptop for about 6 months now and am happy to report that it has performed flawlessly during this period. I’ve had good luck with HP laptops in the past and this is no exception.

The only thing missing is a DVD Drive. The sound quality is very good as well as the display. It was easy to set up. I had to disable the S mode to install my adobe and google apps. The HP and AMD Radeon apps for the sound and display settings work great.

So far I am very happy. kb little clunky but i can get over that. fast and easy to use. its my first hp so I am hoping that i get a long good life out of it. I only use to surf the net and do taxes etc etc

I love my hp touch screen 15.6" laptop. It is everything I thought it would be and more. Would definitely recommend.

Bought this to do some light work on and surfing the internet. Works well, battery is holding a charge well even after a year and I'd definitely purchase again.

Happy with my purchase! Works great and love the touchscreen feature. Only used a few times but have no problems and worth the purchase. Also came with three months free of virus protection so that was a plus. Item came as described and shipped fast.

Bought this computer for my granddaughter and she loves it!She really loves the touch screen, it is so easy and helpful.My granddaughter is in collage and this computer is just what she needs.

This HP laptop is perfect for me. It has everything i need for the work i do. No bells and whistles, which i would never use. I would recommend this to people who want a laptop Like mine.

I purchased this because it was on sale. Of course the more you pay for your laptop, the more capabilities you can have. But this laptop offers a very good price and gets the enough jobs done.

Works well for my purposes. Email, internet, some streaming videos, uploading pictures and videos are good. Graphics are a little light for my eyes. I had to adjust the background color and tilt the display to an angle that suits me. Well worth the price of the unit though. I prefer a desktop for my office work.

First time I am buying an open box computer. It's amazing with reasonable price. It's good as buying a new. Never like ti purchase computers other than Best Buy.

Easy to set up and easy to use. Slight delay in arrival, but given the supply chain issues we are currently facing it was very understandable.

I purchased this laptop for my mom for Christmas. She absolutely loves it, and it is very easy for her to use. I was able to enlarge the text size for her. This is absolutely perfect for her.

This computer has everything my 11 year old needs for school and games. Would definitely purchase again if I had to and highly recommend.

I really like this little laptop. The screen resolution is great. I added a wireless mouse as I don't like touch pads and I am not used to touch screens. Great value for the money

I always have the best luck when I own a HP product. I love having the touchscreen option and the screen is a good size. Can definitely recommend a Hewlett Packard product.

This is the 3rd HP laptop I have purchased from Best Buy. Sales folks always seems to be knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the proper laptop to meet my requirements. An easy, convenient store for computers and peripherals.

I like this PC because it is easy to use and set up, except one thing the keyboard keys is very fast and I have to be careful because the cursor jumps up or down quickly.
