Works for my needs

On the downside, it does not stay charged very long. I can't dock this laptop but I dislike that laptops are no longer putting cd/dvd players in laptops.

HP Touch-Screen Laptop

It affects my ability to type as I normally don't have that additional pad to the right. Just have to get used to it.

New Computer

The sells person looked at the one I stated I wanted. He went and found it in a box. Then I was checked out. They also took my old computer for me to the right location in the store. It was a very easy process.

Brick and mortar still shorter (wait time)!

Best Buy changed their business model (for obvious reasons) and it has worked out beautifully.

Perfect purchase for a teen

She uses this laptop mostly to watch Netflix and Hulu as well as play video games.
