If they're not on and you start tying on the number key, it throws the cursor somewhere else on the page. It powers up quickly, I've had no issues whatsoever. I'm very happy with the computer and l love the touch screen! Great value for the money!

The price was in the range of what we were looking for. Extremely easy to set up. The screens are sharp and clear. Perfect for his needs. He really enjoys the touchscreen. We would recommend this laptop. We now have our own laptops.

It boots pretty fast and has good battery life. Had an HP laptop way back when I was a student and glad to own one again. Been using my little Dell laptop but its memory is giving in so needed a new one to replace it. Glad that I got this HP laptop on sale too.

Wish it had an optical drive but they are a thing of the past. Have an external drive so we can still load programs and games from that. Can't speak to the battery life as we keep it plugged in all the time. We had a Lenovo before but have had better experiences with HP. Glad we went back.

Great little laptop for a teen

She likes to play PC games, and her old laptop was getting pretty laggy. This one is pretty quick, and she has said that she notices a huge difference in the performance from her old laptop.
