Bought this for my lady as she needed a laptop for school and future work. As of now no complaints. It does what it's supposed to for the specs it has. I am nothing but happy with what I paid for. I did wish the battery would last longer off of the charger, but it was a great budget buy.

Love the size of the screen. I can actually see everything on it without having to strain my eyes ! It is a little heavy and I wasn’t prepared to have to set it up but then again it’s my first laptop so maybe that’s normal.

This is the perfect laptop for an elderly senior. Nothing really fancy, just everything I needed for a personal computer. I got wonderful help from the geek squad to download my 8 yr old tower and on site help from Toby who is with the Geeks. Best buy made this easy for me!

It was honestly an amazing computer for the price runs really fast for what I need it to do for classes and my soon to be insurance jobs it’s a work horse a little bigger that I thought but that was my fault and only took me a day to get used to the size. It’s a really great and amazing computer

My former laptop was in need of replacement, and the unit I purchased was a perfect replacement. The HP product with the larger screen and large memory size should last me for many years. The price was an amazing offer also.

I love it. The system runs quickly, the video is excellent. I thought I needed more memory but it handles my habit of having multiple windows open at once smoothly. This is a great computer.

Nice laptop, good size screen. The tradeoff is a little more weight. For me as a senior it was worth the tradeoff.

I think this is a good computer, however, picking it up was somewhat difficult. The employee we had hoped to have help us was not available and the young man who did assist us was not super helpful at first. I was persistent and made it clear that I would not leave until all our questions were answered. Our purchase in 2022 was a disaster and that computer never worked correctly.

I love my new HP laptop. Amazingly fast. It is very lightweight for easy of carry.
