Bought this laptop for my dad. He liked it a lot. It’s a straight forward laptop be honest. Works great, battery life is more than enough and there’s no lag or issues. The laptop runs smooth and it’s easy and simple to use. No complaints

This computer was just what I needed for home use. I just use it for the internet and excel, powepoint and word. Very affordable price and helpful staff.

It's okay. Windows 11 is terrible. I've spent more time remapping the keyboard to get a right "Ctrl" key, set up folders to show what I need, figure out the awful "Start" menu (and generally do everything else that everyone complains about) than actually using it. It would be nice to have a third USB port, Ethernet port, and option for an ODD, but for what I paid, it's probably going to be useable eventually... I hope it lives longer than the HP I bought in 2021.

Purchased two hp laptop for church office. I already own a hp laptop for a while and had excellent experience. So I definitely recommend these HP laptop. Overall super satisfied can’t go wrong with them.

This laptop works beautifully and it's very convenient for me to use when I don't get to use my computer and basically my laptop is very easy for me to carry with me anywhere I have to go.

Solid little laptop. Every thing worked well out of the box and it seems great for an internet machine and to do basic home computing tasks. The only real issue is that speakers are crackle and pop while watching media.
