    Purchased this new laptop. Had a really knowledgeable sales person who showed me the different features of a couple of different brands of laptop computers. I prefer the Hp products and after looking at this laptop it was an easy descion . He also mentione that this model might be on sale. So I made the purchase. Am not that computer friendly but kept looking for any sales and it went on sale. Made another trip to Mankato And visited with a Best Buy agent and received a nice refund on this purchase.

    It’s a great laptop for the price & the Geek Squad did a fabulous job of setting it up for me including transferring the data & files from my old pc hard drive & loading the Microsoft 365 software & walking me thru the newer software. All is good & thanks.
