    Purchased this for my MIL and apparently it does everything that she wants/needs it to do and she loves it. Works well for internet browsing and apps she uses, not sure for gaming purposes obviously and I'm sure that isnt what it would work well with but it is quick for other things.

    What a joke. I have always had success with Best Buy products until I bought this piece of poorly manufactured metal and plastic. My son used it for 2 months before the card drive went out. The guy who helped him said there are all kinds of problems like this with this model. I feel that we should have been offered a replacement, if they refused. I am furious. I bought this for him because HE NEEDED IT TO USE on a REGULAR BASIS! Now, we have no idea how long the repair will take. This is ridiculously inconvenient and a very poor representation from Best Buy.

    I had an old Windows 10 and needed a new one so I talked with a Best Buy employee and told him the model that I had and what would be comparable. I bought it and he took me over to the Geek Squad to finish up and said it would be ready next day so all went well. These guys are good!

    Replaced a 2 year old Dell Inspiron that fell apart. The screen detached from the base, too much plastic. Hopefully this one is more durable.

    Have not had a chance yet to dive deep into it's performance, speed or multi-tasking capabilities. But I am Totally pleased with the look, keyboard and specs which I'm pretty sure will more than meet my home office needs. Very, very happy most of all with the pricing !!!!!!!
