    I love this laptop. For the price I got it for I was pleasantly surprised at its speed and power. Runs all my work applications and multiple tabs seamlessly. I also play games on it and have had zero problems so far.

    The laptop is great. What isn't great is that I had to go round and round with the store and customer service and who knows who else to try to get a link or code or whatever to get the free 1 year Norton 360 protection on the laptop that was part of the bundle when I bought it. Never did get it.

    This came as advertised. It works for everything I need, whether it is office related or personal. The only thing I do not like (or have not gotten use to) is how large the screen is. If I were to order again, I would look more toward a 15 inch.

    My old HP broke down after 13 years of service. Love the new one I picked at Best Buy. They moved all my info from the old computer to the new one, Mr. Castro was very helpful to show me how to use the new computer with its new features which I was very grateful .
