Loving my new laptop. It was very easy setup. Sales person was very helpful.

I like the laptop, although it was hard to 'get the hang of' at first. Since there were no instructions, and I have eye problems, it was hard for me to see the icons on the screen as well as on the keyboard. I had to make 2 return trips to the GS to ask for their help in getting assistance in this area as well as some software issues. I still have problems with keys repeaating at times, and i don't know how to handle it.

For an older person who is not technology skilled my laptop is very easy to work with.

It's stream lined, easy to use and read and light weight.

This was my third purchase of a laptop from Best Buy. I have found that I receive the best product for my $'s when I make purchase from Best Buy. However, this time I was persuaded by the salesclerk to open a Best Buy credit card. I was told that I would receive 20% off my purchase by doing so. Now I find that I did not receive any discount for opening this account, but that it was not even a credit card but an in-house credit account good only at Best Buy. I feel like I was scammed by the salesclerk. Which has tarnished my feelings about Best Buy. Even when you are familiar with the store you shouldn't forget the old phrase "Buyer Beware"

Still learning what I can do with it, but the screen is plenty big enough (which a 71 year old needs).
