    I replaced a similar computer with this new one because of dependability. It is working just fine . The service at Best Buy from purchasing it to setting it up is top notch which is why I keep coming back.

    Bought this for my wife for Christmas. Big screen with enough storage for my wife's work. However, the HDMI port on the computer stopped working after only a month or so of use. Having to take it to Geek Squad soon.

    Machine is great. However, insist on opening the box before leaving because mine came without the power supply cords. And the store would not provide them to me. If I want the cords I have to exchange the machine for another identical machine
