Use the laptop everyday, our old one wasn’t working great.

We haven't opened it yet cause its a Christmas present. It was highly rated. The checkout was difficult but the end result was good.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. It was exactly what she wanted and she is happy with it thus far.

Not bad for the price. On board ram isn't ideal but its adequate.

Great product great price nothing like good ol in-store shopping with the help of an associate to help me find exactly what im looking for.

This came as advertised. It works for everything I need, whether it is office related or personal. The only thing I do not like (or have not gotten use to) is how large the screen is. If I were to order again, I would look more toward a 15 inch.

Bought this laptop to replace her 4 year old laptop. She loves it, fast operating system, quality is good. I buy all our laptops from Best Buy.

A perfect laptop for the casual user great for any age

I haven’t had time to really use it yet, but what time I have spent on it, I’m pleased, the graphics are awesome.

Large screen,clear graphics,quick startup,but fan sometimes creates noise and not all happy with audio. There is no driver/hardware to create certain sound venues.

I bought this so I can sit in the living room and still have a big enough screen to read emails and do web searches. It's fine for my needs. It's starts quickly but does on occasion bog down when loading a page. For the money, I really have no complaints.

Love the new solid state drive! So much faster than my 10 year old mechanical drive! The HP on sale was a great value. Transition from old to new not too bad at all even for an “older” user.

I bought this for my son and he loves it. He has the room he needs for the work he does.

Was an amazing purchase. 100% recomended. Excellent relationship between quality and cost.
